Very cozy and very well equipped.
Enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown yet out of the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything needed. We even made a homemade banana cream pie using the Kitchenaid mixer. And talk about coffee making options-wow! And an awesome Bluetooth speaker.

Very clean nicely located house
The house is modern and clean and the backyard is amazing with the hot tub, fire pit, and yard games! Very close to Whiskey Row, restaurants, and shops. My only things (sorry) would be that there were only two towels in the bathroom for two guests. I generally like to wrap my wet hair in one and my body in another one and sometimes like a clean towel for each day I'm there....And, there wasnt any firewood for the outdoor fireplace. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and find some, but I had hoped there would be a few pieces available for us. And, the fireplaces in the house are non-functional. We were hoping to have a fire one night. Again, overall a great house!!!

Great Family Vacation
This was a great place for our family to get together. The house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen completely stocked for us to make a great family dinner and even bake a birthday cake. Beds were very comfortable, and had plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who stays in Prescott.

Great for couples and for families (and bikers).
Stayed for almost a week and had everything we needed. We rode our motorcycle around the mountains (Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Strawberry...) and came home each night to relax in the hot tub and play pool. We were close enough to walk to Wiskey Row for dinner, drinks and dancing. The water was delicious (seems silly, but it was important since we didn't have a car and grocery space was limited). I took a break from my vegan diet to enjoy an amazing tomahawk teak purchased from a locally sourced establishment down the street (4K Gourmet Beef). My husband cooked it on the awesome Kamato Joe grill (look it up.. so cool). We enjoyed a romantic dinner in the back yard. Also, loved the Harmon Kardon speaker. Moved easily to which ever spaced we were chillin in. The bed was so comfy too. All around we loved our time here. The owners responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend it and hope to return to the property soon.

Brothers golf trip
Very nice property with all the essential amenities. Pool table a very nice addition for brothers, who are very competitive at pool, Golf, pickleball, etc. The host made it clear he was always available for questions or anything needed.

Nice visit during winter break for my kids and our dog!
The home was spacious and nicely remodeled and was warm and welcoming for my kids and I. The backyard was lovely with the pretty lights at night and my kids enjoyed the hot tub. One night it started snowing quite a lot and it was super beautiful to experience, especially for my San Diegan kids, they even got to build a snowman in the backyard. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The only very minor things were that the guest bathroom was pretty small (but also very nicely remodeled), and the master bedroom had a nice bathroom but the only door that separated it from the bedroom was a barn door that squeaked and didn’t cover all the way, but it wasn’t that big of a deal, and the front door lock kind of stuck sometimes and wouldn’t unlock briefly (I think just because of the cold weather). Other than those very small things, it was a lovely home and I would definitely recommend it to families! And the hosts were super responsive to all my questions and returned my texts right away. Would stay here again if we visit Prescott again!

The house was kind of cute...nothing special but the location was good. Quiet neighborhood. It could use some updating but overall was a cute place. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. It's more of a one and a half bath place since the second bathroom is VERY tiny. A larger person would struggle in that bathroom. One of the coffee makers didn't work, none of us could get the speaker to connect with our phones even on the house's wifi, (or bluetooth) a couple of the drinking glasses were chipped and cracked along with a coffee mug. We were afraid to use those so we just set those aside. The backyard was fun and my dog loved the doggie door access. We were all surprised for the price of the home for the weekend, that at least a starter bundle of wood upon arrival was not provided. The house advertises a wood-burning stove and an outdoor fire pit but no wood was available. Given check in isn't until 4 pm, one would think a starter bundle would be available. There is even a place for wood next to the wood-burning stove but it was empty. Everyone was out of wood around town after we we realized there was none so we couldn't use the fire pit the first night, which was a bummer. The pool table was a hit and the big fold out couch was great in the tv room. It would have been nice to have a working fireplace instead of flameless candles that didn't work with the exception of 1. Im not sure I would stay here again. However, backyard is great.

Best place we have stayed in Prescott, AZ!
Our family has been coming to Prescott every November for the past 5 years to visit my mom and brother, and this has been(by far) the bast place we have stayed! The hosts were very thoughtful, they had everything we needed and more! When I had questions, they answered very quickly. We even cooked a Thanksgiving feast and they had all the pots/pans/utensils/you name it, they had it. Also the paper goods were top quality which we really appreciated. We bring our own usually bc you never know what you're going to get and we didn't even need to use it. We will definitely be coming back to this property. It was perfection! Thank you Tye and Bridie for a wonderful stay!

Perfection in Prescott
Spent a week at this property and would definitely return. The property is exactly as described, if not better. Beds were so comfy, I found myself sleeping in well past my normal schedule. The kitchen was well appointed, and the pool table provided great entertainment. Loved the off-street parking and the home is close to everything! Owners were very responsive and we had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this property.

Very Comfortable, Well Equipped Home
We stayed in this home for almost 7 weeks. Very comfortable, clean home and, probably, the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in a short term rental. Owners were very responsive and worked to assure we had a wonderful stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown.
