Fantastic overall experience
First and foremost, the customer service was great. The house is within walking distance of anything you would want to enjoy locally. We parked and didn’t get back in the truck until we left. We will absolutely stay here again.

Break from the city
As always, we had a relaxing weekend. This is a perfect escape from city life and the heat! We have stayed here multiple times with our dog,”Maggie”. We always try to stay here when we are planning to visit Prescott.

Cute little place. I wasn't't clear from the listing that the bedroom was a loft, but that may have been my miss? It was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest replacing the coffee pot with a pod style system. The coffee maker really did not work well.

Best for location
This is our second time staying at the “Petit Chalet”. We love the location, charming neighborhood, and the cute new eatery directly across the street that is open for breakfast and lunch. The home is comfortable, has all necessities, and is dog friendly. This will always be our first choice when visiting Prescott if available. Thank you.😊

Great downtown location
If you’d like to be walkable to the downtown restaurants and bars, this is a great spot. There’s also a fantastic breakfast and lunch restaurant right across the street. The location is a little bit on the noisier end if you are looking for a mountain retreat. We had a quick two night trip for a local sports tournament and this location was perfect. its proximate to all Prescott has to offer.

Fantastic home and location
This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can.

Love this place!
We have stayed at this property several times and love it. You can't ask for a better location in Prescott. It's a very short walk to all the downtown locations of interest and Whiskey Row. We travel to Prescott frequently and will hope this property is available!

Holiday visit
This property is in an excellent location. Walkable to downtown Prescott. Can park behind the cottage. Could use updated furniture. Bed small, couch and chairs old and not comfortable, need a new wine bottle opener. Grab bar and a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. would be nice. If you are wanting a quite place there is quite a bit of street noise (street is a cut through). Plenty of towels and blankets. Washer and dryer very convenient. Host easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place near the heart of Prescott
Perfect spot for anyone wanting to stay near Whiskey Row. It’s a short walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as several nice walking trails. The house was great, with a nice kitchen with all the appliances for eating leftovers so we didn’t always have to go out.

This property is in a great location, and is a cozy place to spend a couple days. The chalet is outfitted with all the necessities, and quite a few extras. The only disappointment we had was not being able to watch the World Series, as the TV is not connected to a live TV source. Our Aussie shepherd enjoyed her time there, too
