Perfect House for a weekend getaway
Was in town for a friends wedding! Had a great time in town and a beautiful view from the house. Everything was walking distance which made for a pleasant change for me and my friends.

Great few days away to celebrate my Mom's 90th BDAY
It was very easy to check in and the property was beautiful. We loved being so close to the Prescott Whiskey Row/Park area. There was also a wonderful brewery within walking distance. We enjoyed our time there.

80th Birthdays & 60th Anniversary
My wife and I are so glad that we picked this beautiful home to celebrate our birthdays and our 60th anniversary. Many family members drove up from the Gilbert area and some even flew in from Chicago and we gathered here for one of the evenings to celebrate together. The spacious open floor plan made this possible. This house is amazingly beautiful and so are the views.

Granite Mountain HotShots Memorial Weekend
Went up with friends from a local gym to pay tribute to the 19 firefighters that lost their lives. House is amazing, with great views and tons of space. Would highly recommend.

Girl’s weekend
A group of us women went to Prescott for a weekend get away. We had fabulous time and this house was so nice for all of us to stay in. Beautiful and very clean home that is spacious. The outside porch was very nice for sitting on as well. The views were nice and the location was great for downtown shopping and eating.

Great house and location
This was our second year staying at Todd’s home. We were in Prescott for a women’s Sr softball tournament. The house is fantastic and a perfect location. Todd is a great host and easy to get in touch with. We plan to reserve the house again for next year’s tournament!

Great Stay
Loved staying in Prescott. We came to get away from the heat and loved being able to spend time outside on the great deck. Closeness to Whiskey Row was great. I would recommend this place and Todd.

Perfect Family Week!
This is our second time staying here, and we love it! First it is in a great location, walking distance to downtown historical Prescott, but up a side street that overlooks the city. You feel like you have your own secluded countryside. With lots of trails and some outdoor critters. The house has an amazing wrap around porch with an incredible view. Perfect open kitchen dining and living room. Spacious bedrooms, and an Arizona room for extra space. Great stock of towels, bedding, kitchen appliances and cookware. Owner Todd is wonderful to work with and made everything very easy and smooth. We would love to make this vacation home part of our family tradition. You will not be disappointed! Kathleen

Prescott Getaway
A short stay to enjoy golf and hiking. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Backyard/stairs are funky but worked out fine for the dog. Location is perfect for walking to town.

This was our first time to use an AirBB, the info on the site was right on.
The Views was amazing!! The open livingroom and Kitchen made a nice room for visiting. The only thing we felt that would make it more comfortable was the beds. It is time for new mattresses. The master bedroom has a beautiful sunrise view as your laying in bed. I would diffentaly recommend it.

The property is amazing and the views are incredible especially at night. We basically spent most of our time at the unit on the magnificent wrap around patio. Todd was extremely easy to work with and he has really paid attention to all the details. So close to Whiskey Row and other sights to see. Very peaceful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. So spacious as well. I will be booking this property again on my next visit to Prescott. Thanks Todd for a charming vacation!

Relaxation Location
We were in town for ERAU graduation and looking for perfect home for our family of 5. This beautiful home was tucked away with a lovely patio (my favorite) that wrapped a majority of the house with a beautiful view of the area. Was very relaxing. Just a few blocks walking to Whiskey Row. The open space inside the house was great too with plenty of space for sitting at the kitchen table and on their big sectional couch. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Arizona.

Amazing getaway
This was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. The views were amazing, especially at night. Walking distance to whiskey row, sports bars and restaurants. Saw a deer within 30 minutes of being there in the front yard. The place was beautiful and the pictures didn't do its justice. Definitely worth the stay.
