Spacious and Close to Downtown
Our trip was a Christmas gift for my adult children and their families. Our plans evolved as the date drew nearer and Todd, the owner, was very accommodating. The house is large with fantastic views and everything we needed was supplied. We even had a few deer come into the yard. Such a fun trip!

Location, Location, Location!
The views were spectacular in this very comfortable spacious rental. Could see all the holiday lights from the house and it was an easy walk downtown. Kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were super comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect location within easy walk to downtown Prescott
The home has a beautiful balcony and we enjoyed the views. We could even see all the Christmas lights around the Court House downtown. The location makes it easy to walk into downtown. The home was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Place to Stay
This house was way beyond expectations! Beautiful home, very cozy and the veranda views were awesome! Walking distance to the excitement of Whiskey Row, but peaceful and relaxing when returned to the house. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Large house very spacious. Overall cleanliness was good, minus spider webs on light fixtures. Easy to check in and out, great views from the property, and easy walking to downtown. Definitely a good rental property! Host was very kind and responsive!

Nice place, nice view
Place was quiet and had a nice view from the main floor. Driveway is steep but parking area is flat (but a little small). There are ~10 steps leading to the front door so a little tricky for seniors but overall a nice place to stay.

We went for a sister's weekend and the property was perfect. It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a great weekend. It was close to town, but still felt secluded. We'll certainly be back.

Amazing family gathering place
A spacious, bright main room with wrap around porch allowing comfortable big gatherings and getaway space. Very clean, well appointed, and a garage for use that allowed bikes to stay on a rack was a bonus. We will be back!

Great House!
My sisters and a cousin stayed at this property for a reunion. The house is very clean, well stocked, modern and warm. It's a great house with great views and close to the downtown area. The host was very responsive to questions and any problems. Five stars for the house and the host!

Great few days away to celebrate my Mom's 90th BDAY
It was very easy to check in and the property was beautiful. We loved being so close to the Prescott Whiskey Row/Park area. There was also a wonderful brewery within walking distance. We enjoyed our time there.

80th Birthdays & 60th Anniversary
My wife and I are so glad that we picked this beautiful home to celebrate our birthdays and our 60th anniversary. Many family members drove up from the Gilbert area and some even flew in from Chicago and we gathered here for one of the evenings to celebrate together. The spacious open floor plan made this possible. This house is amazingly beautiful and so are the views.

Granite Mountain HotShots Memorial Weekend
Went up with friends from a local gym to pay tribute to the 19 firefighters that lost their lives. House is amazing, with great views and tons of space. Would highly recommend.
