Comfortable and as advertised
Really nice rental and totally as advertised. Comfortable, easy instructions, fantastic location (walking distance to main building and pools, fitness general store and GC). Check in wasn't as easy as previous times but Brasada had just changed booking/tracking systems so took them a few minutes to locate the VRBO booking, but I'm sure will be ironed out in the future. Would totally stay in this unit again

Nice property - communication could be clearer
The property was lovely. We have stayed at Brasada before and always enjoy our time, this was no exception. Communication could have been a bit more clear from the owner, but that was a minor concern overall.

We love Brasada however maintenance of this particular property left a lot to be desired.
We have been regulars at Brasada for several years now and have friends who live there as well. We have stayed both through the Brasada resort as well as through VRBO on multiple occasions so we do have very realistic expectations. Property was great in location could not have been more convenient being so close to the pool and the clubhouse. For the most part everything was wonderful with the exception of all of the smoke from the forest fires however you guys can hardly do anything about that lol. The big issue is that we had with the property was the main television in the living room simply didn’t have power. Either it was broken or something had been shut off that we cannot access. This normally would’ve been a bummer at most however with all of the smoke from the fires and being stuck inside for a lot of the trip with a six-year-old and a two-year-old, this was a pretty painful letdown.

Perfect for our young family
The cabin is situated really close to the athletics club which means only a short stroll to all the major activities (pool, tennis courts, golf clubhouse etc). The cabin is very tastefully furnished, the hot tub is in excellent working condition and overall everything felt new, clean and fresh. Communication prior to arrival was very clear, the check-in process was straightforward and Paul was extremely responsive at all times. We live in Seattle and spend a week at Brasada each August. We would certainly look to stay in Paul's cabin when we return next year. Five stars all around, highly recommended!

Summer Fun at Brasada
We had a great week at this cabin at Brasada Ranch! The cabin was clean, easy to access, close to amenities, and the hot tub was a great addition. We enjoyed many meals out in the deck, and we enjoyed being within walking distance to golf, the pools, and pickle ball. Cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks for providing enough towels for everyone, and including everything we needed in the kitchen!
