“Super cute property convenient to shopping and highways. We stayed for a volleyball tournament we had a Spooky Nook. The special touches did not go unnoticed...Lancaster area coffee pods, fresh baked goods and had it been warmer, the opportunity to walk through the crops and take some samples would have been lovely!! Only downfall was the highway noise...did not realize how close to the highway this was, thus, the sounds of cars / trucks is constant. But, that wouldn't stop me from staying...

“This place was perfect for our family of 10. Enough rooms and privacy. But also big areas to hang out together. Would stay again. ”

“This is our 2nd stay at John’s place and we intend to continue making it an annual visit! It’s centrally located near many things to do in Lancaster County and close to conveniences as needed. The home is immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. We would recommend for those traveling as a family or with a group of friends. The house was beautiful and has some history being Jim Croce's old house, which was very cool. I loved the setup with it almost like it was 2 houses in one. “Hi! This locale was perfect. It was a great stay. The o my thinks that needs to probably be looked at in the future is the bedding. One rooms duvet comforter was musty and smelled of dog and the room we were in personally had dog hair on the sheets. So if there is a way to make sure all the bedding was changed or looked at more closely that would be great! ”

“We stayed here for my sister’s 79th birthday as she loves farmhouses. It was very clean and so comfortable and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time there. ”

“Overall the stay was nice. The location of the property is near the trainline so it was easy to go into Philly to see the sights.”

“We were in town for my son's basketball tournament at Kimberton and were lucky to be able to stay in this sweet townhouse. It looked newly renovated and was delightful to stay in (beds were comfortable, bathrooms were bright and clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed). It is also located close to downtown Phoenixville, and so we walked to and from the shops and restaurants. I did have a question for the property manager and he responded very quickly.We couldn't have asked for a...
