Situado a 800m del centro histórico de Oporto, junto a la estación de metro Faria Guimarães, permite un acceso rápido y fácil a los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad.

Der Wohnungseigentümer ist sehr nett und bemüht seine Gäste zu informieren, einzuweisen.Kümmert sich auf Wunsch um Transfer, Reservierung Restaurant. Gut erreichbar.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, optisch ansprechend, große Küche mit vielen Utensilien zum selbst Kochen. Größe Terrasse mit vielen Tischen/Stühlen. Kunstrasenbelag, fanden wir gut. Beton/Platten sieht ungemütlich aus, im Sommer sicher zu heiß. Rasen kann man wegen des Klimas vergessen.Zu Fuß ist das Stadtzentrum, einschließlich Fluß in 15-30 min erreichbar. Metro/Busstationen ganz nah.Im Winter ist die Heizsituation nur über die Klimaanlagen meiner Meinung nach, nicht so toll. Braucht lange zum Erwärmen, immer bläst es um einen herum. Im Sommer ist man sicher froh, diese zu haben, aber ich möchte die Nachts nicht laufen haben. Die 3 spurige Straße wäre mir viel zu laut, um nachts das Fenster zu öffnen. Das muss man wissen.Wir würden aber dennoch wieder kommen.Bäckerei und Tante Emma Laden je 100m entfernt. Auch sehr praktisch.

Fantastic Space
This pretty was the height of luxury! Our family of 7 fit perfectly. The beds were large and comfy and the bathrooms were big. The common room area was stunning and the entire place was super clean. We also enjoyed using a code instead of a key (easier with a family of 7 people). The terrace outside was also beautiful and a good place to relax with a glass of wine and play cards. The host was fantastic and responded quickly when we needed his assistance.

Lovely House for a Group
This full house rental (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) is conveniently located. Fernando, the host if amazing. He was there to greet us and give us lots of information to make our stay special. The house is immaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property for a group.

Lovely place
This was very close to many sites we chose to visit, close to a good market and many local restaurants. We walked most of the time but Ubers were very affordable. Fernando is a great host, property clean and well supplied, nice patio in back. It’s on a busy street but windows and shutters effectively blocked the noise. Fernando was extremely helpful with great information on the city.

Great location and an excellent accommodation
Fernando was a great host and met us at the agreed upon time. He gave us lots of great information and links to everything we needed to know. We were 3 couples and this place was perfect. Everyone had their own adjoining bathroom and the shared spaces were perfect to gather and plan the day. The outdoor space was very large and a great added bonus.

Fernando met us at check in to show us about the property. He was very professional as well as friendly. the property had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was quiet enough and walkable to every place we wanted to see. We were 7, coming from a family wedding in Lisbon and wanted to all be together with our 10-month baby with us. The space was perfect to all be together but have separate en suite rooms.

Great location for living like a local
Fernando was such a great host. He met us upon our arrival to make sure that we knew everything about this great house. We had three couples in our group, so the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were perfect. We enjoyed gathering in the garden for a glass of wine before going out to dinner and for a glass of port afterwards. The location was great. We loved being in a neighborhood and close to local restaurants, but also just two blocks from the Metro, so that we could easily get down to the river and more touristy places. We are also fellow VRBO owners/managers, so we appreciated the great customer service that Fernando provided. He manages like we do with personal attention to all those little details.

Perfect stay in Porto
The property is in a perfect location to explore Porto with bakeries and restaurants close by and the Metro around the corner. Four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms! Large kitchen area and extra dining/hang out space. And a fantastic, private yard. We also added on the private garage which was a blessing in Porto. Fernando was a fantastic host. Responding immediately. He met us upon check-in and check-out and helped with our luggage. Definitely recomend staying here.

Fabulous gem
Stayed with my wife and five children for 10 days and we had a fabulous stay. The house is really clean and comfortable. The location is really nice as well. We explored Porto and dined at some great restaurants in walking distance from the house. We collected some great memories with our children and everyone enjoyed themselves. Great location close to metro, and everything you need is nearby. Fernando the owner is super helpful. Porto is a gem location, we stayed 2 weeks and didn't see it all. LA Festa de Sao Joao was amazing. The Portuguese people are wonderful and real friendly. You will be surprised how nice folks are. Enjoy your stay.

A very good base for 4 couples
Our main criteria when booking for 4 couples was 4 en-suite double rooms. This house offered so much more. The location was excellent for getting around. It is only one stop from Trinidade station, which is a main transfer hub and has lines to and from the airport. Trinidad’s is walkable in about 7 minutes. The house had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend and we liked the sheltered outdoor area, where we ate breakfast. The bathrooms were all good with decent showers too. Keypad entry is useful when 8 people are staying. Fernando was very helpful and supplied a great guide to Porto and the area close to the property. We would recommend a stay here.
