“We loved staying at the Holt House. It's a truly beautiful building. It's like staying in a hotel from another era. The room was beautifully decorated with victorian decor and we loved it. It was also handy to have access to a full kitchen on the first floor where we washed some of our dishes. Overall, it was a cozy and quiet place to stay.”

“After a bit of confusion getting into the house, we found a nice, very well lit, spacious home with lots of windows. The beds were pretty comfy. The location was great, easy walk to the state theater, easy to walk to lots of cool bars and restaurants. The harbor and that touristy area were about 20 to 25 minute walk away, which was lovely in the nice weather. Overall, it Served well, for four people wanting to explore Portland. ”

“Such a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket of snacks - given that we were 6 hours delayed the family fell on them like locusts. House was charming beyond belief. Location was convenient to a wedding at the Nonantum and surroundings. Loved being able to walk to most activities and restaurants. Just a reminder that two rooms have double beds, for those that are used to kings! ”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Wendy's place. The condo was clean and very cozy. The mornings out on the balcony were breathtaking! The live music in the evenings was a welcomed bonus for us. But probably not ideal if you have young ones as it goes until almost 1am. The condo is located just a very short walk to the pier and all that OOB has to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!”

“The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”
