We had a great stay in Freeport at The Nest. The hosts were attentive and very pleasant to chat with during our checkin. Perfect location for shopping, dining and hiking in the Freeport area. The decor is lovely and the apartment exceptionally clean and tidy. We will definitely book again when visiting the area.

A wonderful break from reality.
The Nest was wonderful. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and pubs. The Nest offers a back yard seculision feel with beautifuly place flowers and a shaded bench. We highly recommend staying here.

Really great place in Freeport
We had a wonderful two nights at The Nest. It is a perfect size and in the perfect location for walking to everything in Freeport. It is tucked away on a quiet side street with plenty of parking. Easy check-in and most importantly, the place is super clean, comfortable, and really well appointed. Erica and Doug have done a fantastic job of creating a beautiful space for visitors and were super responsive to our questions. We had a nice conversation with Doug on our way out. Really nice guy! We would definitely return and probably wouldn't bother looking for any other place because this was so perfect.

A little gem...
Our family stayed at The Nest for 2 nights. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We had plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed for some simple cooking. Erica responded nearly immediately to any questions we had and the check out procedures were minimal and easy. A great location that is walkable to the entire downtown area. It was a very nice place to stay. We stayed 3 nights… had only booked for 2 nights but a change in plans. The host was more than willing to accommodate our needs. Excellent all around!
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Erica was the best host we have ever had. She responded immediately to my messages and went above and beyond even offering to come pick us up at the airport after our flight was delayed 3 hrs, and the rental car wait was >2 hrs. Luckily we didn't have to take her up on the offer but the fact that she offered meant so much! The Nest was lovely, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfectly located in Freeport, just a quick walk to the outlet mall and LL Bean store. If we get the chance to return to Maine, we will definitely try to stay at the Nest again. Thank you so much for your hospitality Erica!

3 friends annual Freeport get together
We absolutely love staying here. We have been coming to Freeport for many years. This was our 2nd year at this location and don't expect we could find a place we woud be happier with. It's comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, modern kitchen and bath, walking distance to everything yet in a quiet location. Perfect choice for our annual meet up of 3 childhood friends. A home away from home
Being in Freeport for an intense grad-school residency, I knew the days would be long and I'd need a place to "recharge." The Nest was that and so much more. This up-to-the-minute one bedroom affords all the amenities you need, with the bonus of being quiet, spacious, and inviting, From the huge cozy sectional sofa to the bedside USB connections, there's been a great deal of thought put into this space. Erica and Doug were quick to respond to any of my questions, and the check in/out was effortless. Can't recommend this place enough and plan on returning!
