Birthday Celebration Trip
The property did not disappoint! We found it clean and comfortable. We felt safe and walked to dinner most evenings. Parking was the only challenge, but that seemed to be a constant everywhere we went from Ogunquit to Bar Harbor. I don't think the property owner had control over the weather, but if I'm wrong, great job! Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!!!

Nice location with PMA across the street and several good restaurants a few minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was comfortable. Dena was very responsive. Great experience!

Weekend in Portland
Hands down, one of the loveliest rentals I have stayed in over the years while traveling! Dena was on spot with communication and the little details of snacks and notes on area restaurants/favorite spots to hit while visiting. We had a lovely time in Portland and will be back to visit again!

Excellent Property in Great Location
We have been staying in small Portland rentals once a year for the past four years and this was by far the nicest. Recently renovated, spacious, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed, and coffee, shampoo, and washing machine with detergent, were all provided. We were able to walk everywhere from there. Host communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again or rent one of their other properties.

Excellent apartment.
Our stay at this apartment was very comfortable. The place seems brand new and is spotless and very nicely appointed. I would recommend this apartment. The only negative was difficulty in lugging our luggage upstairs and then parking at a not-so-close spot. But we knew about the no parking space before we rented.

Our accommodations were lovely.Everything was exactly as it appeared in the photographs. The apartment is immaculate. Coming from the suburbs of Charleston SC urban life is an adjustment, parking car on the street, traffic etc. Parking on the street after 6 pm is free and we were lucky each night for this to happen. Parking garage was also close by. In addition this location is close to breakfast places and fantastic Otto’s pizza that even 79 year olds can walk to! One night we had a problem with Net Felix and our hostess promptly and very pleasantly fixed it. Her attention to welcoming and preparing us could not have been better.

Portland Weekend
We were so happy with our stay here. It was for a quiet birthday weekend, and we loved the ability to walk to shops and dinner reservations, and have some needed rest and relaxation. Very clean and organized, with a comfortable atmosphere in a great location.
