Lovely and Interesting Home
We loved this house! It was clean and warm, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with our host was easy. An extra bonus was the interesting things in the home itself. It was nice to have a fenced area for the pooch. We definitely plan to stay here next time we're in the Portland area for a few days.

Temp before relocating
We booked Kate’s house because our movers would be arriving after us for a relocation from Denver to Portland. Almost daily, there was a snag in our plans. Kate was very accommodating of our changes - we ended up staying at 3123 an extra two days.The house was wonderful. It was stocked with everything we could need. We were traveling with two dogs and two cats. The main floor bathroom was perfect for keeping our cats sequestered. The spacious yard fenced was likewise perfect for our dogs. The hidden-gem Milwaukie Cafe and Bottle Shop is across the street and well worth visiting. I recommend Kate’s house for anyone!

Portland Stay & Play
The property worked perfect for us. The house was used as home base for our day trips. Having the full kitchen (and bbq) made for easy breakfasts and dinners. The backyard and deck area was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in the Portland area.

Perfect!
Our stay was perfect for a family of 5 (3 kids ages 10-12). The house is laid out well / the kids slept in one bed upstairs. The kitchen is great for cooking. We had family over for a bbq outside the yard was also spacious with the deck space for sharing a meal. The house is in a super quiet part of town. Conveninet location for visiting Mt. Hood and the city and the Multnomah Falls.

Amazing place!
This was such a GREAT place for a brief stop in Portland. Very comfortable, well stocked, & beautifully decorated. The woodwork everywhere is stunning! And the deck and patio were a beautiful comfortable place to relax. The listing doesn’t do it justice.

Perfect for what we needed.
Perfect sized for our needs. First weekend was out of town grandparents for graduation. Then they left and my partner and 3 teens took over as we moved out of our house and needed another place to sleep. Cafe on corner is excellent!

Amazing
Kate was absolutely fantastic with communication and making sure we had everything we needed!! The house was clean and stocked well. There was even a pack n play and booster seat for my toddler! The whole house was comfortable and had plenty of space for my parents, 2 year old, 7 month old, and myself.

Nice home very clean! Quiet neighborhood. Nice ourdoor space. Yummy cafe, a short stroll away great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Excellent location for pups! Fully fenced yard. Definitely would recommend for 2-4 people Would stay again!

First Trip to Milwaukie/Portland Area
Kate was a fantastic resource for restaurant recommendations in the area before we arrived. The home and location were perfect for our specific trip. Having the fenced-in backyard was ideal as we were traveling with a pup. Loved all of the "piece of home" touches. We were traveling with an animal during a rainy weekend so having a washing machine, detergent, and dryer kept us all clean and happy. Having a kettle to use each morning for tea was a treat we don't often get while traveling. When we were preparing to check out we had an issue with our van and Kate was wonderfully flexible and accommodating with our new timing to depart. We look forward to returning to the area in the future!

Charming home
This property was charming and had a great yard for our dogs. We came for Thanksgiving weekend and it was a very easy drive for us to go between this location and the Sabin area of Portland to spend the holiday with our family.

This house had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. Just like a second home. Appreciated being able to do laundry though the basement is a little creepy. Surgery kept us pretty confined so looked forward to football, but there's no basic tv so unless you know how to stream....Fenced yard for the doggos a real plus!

Lovely home for a Portland stay
This home is lovely w/many nice touches - with perhaps the best being the outdoor spaces. (Though, a foodie might argue the kitchen as best.) We appreciated having room to gather as a family while in OR for a September wedding. Off-street parking was a nice bonus and the home was central enough for all our side trips. Having the little store and cafe so close was also nice. A larger grocery store is also nearby.

Wonderful cozy and well supplied home with amazing custom woodwork furniture throughout. The neighborhood was quite and very close to Waverley GC for tournament access. Both beds are comfortable and well maintained.
