Beautiful View
A perfect mid-summer respite. Despite a few issues with this unit (broken cabinet, slightly worn out furnishings and paint, elevator not working when we were leaving) we enjoyed our stay for the most part. Especially the balcony view - priceless! Also the beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend this unit and may look to return in the future.

Great Accommodation For Our Girls Trip
We had a wonderful time in Cape San Blas! We were excited to be in a less congested part of FL and we loved visiting the multiple state parks nearby. The beach access from the condo was great. The beds were comfortable and the living room/dining/common space and porch/balcony were lovely. We appreciated having an in unit washer and dryer so we could wash clothes before our return home. The kitchen was well enough stocked with pots/pans and had both a keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The only downsides were that the shower head in the en suite bedroom was broken and we wish there’d been beach chairs available for use. We had a great experience with property management when we needed support to get the door code reset, and when we needed to extend checkout. Other than the very minor points on shower and beach chairs - it was a great location, a lovely condo and a nice property in a beautiful area of FL. Highly recommend renting bikes to travel down the cape to shops and restaurants and bringing snorkeling gear and shelling bags so you can take home beautiful shell treasures.

Quiet Beach Retreat
The open floor plan is amazing! We have plenty a room. The stay was nice and quiet and almost had the pool all to ourselves. There is not much in the area to do. However, if you enjoy fishing, this is a great place.

Loved our Beach Vaca!
We loved staying here! It was a perfect fit for our family! It was roomy and very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were lacking. We cook a lot and some of the pots and pans were not usable. We like having meals on the back porch and having a table outside would be nice. It’s an amazing view! Also offering a credit for beach gear or having some to use would be an added plus. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. It looked like there was bathrooms on the garage level but they were locked. Having access to that would have been great. Running back to the room with small kids gets tiring. We loved the board walk and the beach! Our family had a great week! We hope to be back next summer!

Peaceful beach getaway
Nice beach rental. Convenient to beach via boardwalk. All the basics are provided. Would suggest taking pillows, blankets, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, laundry pods, etc as nothing extra was provided except a sponge, dw soap and 3 dishwasher pods- and soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows and linens are well worn...would bring my own pillows next time. Also take lounge chairs for the deck as all chairs are straight backs and don't recline. No hammocks. Would stay there again but would take bleach and do a little more cleaning on outdoor furniture. Some of the chairs and pads looked too dirty to sit on. Refrigerator filter was expired for water/ice. Lights on stairwells didn't come on till long after dark, so take flashlights or use the elevator to keep from tripping on the stairs in the darkness. Outside of building and stairwells were buggy and could use pressure washing. Carpets in bedrooms were white at 1 time, but take houseshoes as they are pretty dingy and stained now. Overall, it was a beautiful view and peaceful. Table and chairs were good, couch and tv were good. No bedside table in queen size room and reading lamp was inside the wardrobe....so no way to read in bed without a booklight or flashlight. Stove works ok, microwave had rust inside but worked, laundry room had strong mold smell but washer and dryer were nice. Dishwasher worked well. Dishes and pots and pans were adequate though mismatched odds and ends and fridge was clean and worked well. Lots of utensils in the drawers. We had a very nice stay overall and hope to visit again next year. Hopefully this review helps others know what to pack.

Unexpected problems
Initially, the property looked clean, but after just bumping the couches, we saw how filthy the floor was under there and our feet turned black after walking on the floor. (This made me want to keep my shoes on, unlike what the sign says in the condo. When we have stayed at other VRBO places, there was sufficient kitchen items. This one was seriously lacking. Everything was jumbled and it all looked overly used and chipped. There were no knives to cut with and the very basics...like salt and pepper were not available. Another issue was that while there are bathrooms downstairs, in the garage, we were not allowed to use it. So, we would need to go all the way upstairs to use the restroom. Why wouldn't we be able to use the key? Then, there are absolutely no trash cans on the property. Not that we didn't use the big dumpsters, but a trash can here and there is nice. Obviously, no one regularly cleans the grounds because birds had made nests all around and there was bird poop EVERYWHERE. GROSS. My family will not be staying here again.

The Big Chill
If you are looking for a low key place, then this is your spot. The porch is awesome and faces the water. The beach was not crowded at all. The water isn’t the prettiest (I think it had rained a good bit before we arrived) but it did clear some on our last day. The only downside of the unit was the master bath shower. The door to get into the shower is quite narrow. If you are a larger person, it’s going to be a tight squeeze. Lovely view, relaxing get away an comfy condo. Overall would stay here again.

Great place for family visit!
We had grandmother, mom, and 3 kids in tow and it was great! The porch was a wonderful spot to enjoy the morning and the condo was spacious. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as others we have stayed in but it was adequate for our 4 night stay.

Great Location, Unit Needs TLC
I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I can’t. I’ll start with Pros: Location, amazing. Building is nice and the property is overall good. Loved the porch and the view so much. The beach was great and we used the hot tub to relax. Also the space is large. You can comfortably fit 6 full sized adults in this space. Cons: The unit appeared clean, but wasn’t. The counters were dirty, floors were so slippery, they ask you to removed shoes but our feet were black from walking around (I would suggest bring house shoes) no hand soap in the master bath, the internet information sent to us via VRBO app was incorrect, so we weren’t able to work until we found a post it in unit with correct internet information, no all purpose cleaner or paper towel to clean up ourselves if we wanted to (we went to local CVS and bought cleaning supplies,) the table outside was dirty/sticky, the sliding glass doors had hand prints on them, and the carpet was dirty in bed rooms. If you rent this unit, bring what you think you will need. There’s not a lot there to use.

Good time
Overall good. Good location, nice pool. Elevator worked most of the time and they had 1 cart to take stuff up and down. Probably would not stay there again, but overall nice place. Grill on balcony is not for renters. We had second floor and first floor complained they could hear children running. We could also hear the third floor walking around. Pine floors so they had a note not to wear shoes in house.

Wow, yes!
Great location for a very mildly populated beach. We loved exploring the state park with access to both Gulf and Bay. This is perfect for up to six people. My favorite part was the balcony facing the Gulf watching the storms from TS Berry roll in. Kids enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the open family area.

Cleanliness
There was blood on the sheets in the master bedroom when we checked in. Had to leave and buy bleach and peroxide and wash all the sheets as the cleanliness of all of it was then in question. There were condoms under the bed we found when looking for a toy. I sent two emails about this and haven’t heard anything.

Perfect getaway
This was an amazing place to stay for my little family and my mom. Everything was clean and was decorated so cute! The kitchen had everything you needed. The porch/balcony is so roomy and perfect for taking in the view and sounds of the ocean. I hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Getaway
This place was amazing! The kitchen is perfectly stocked. You can sit on the couch, that by a press of a button reclines, open the sliding glass doors and look at the beautiful beach/water. I highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay again!
