Sun and surf
Love the property location. The view from our balcony was fabulous! Interior has a very nice layout. However, some furnishings (mattresses, living room furniture) are tired and need replacing. Overall, great trip!

Wonderful Place
Condo was wonderful! We love Port St Joe and Cape San Blas and hate that our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene. Would definitely love to stay at this condo again! Communication was great. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Loved beautiful Cape San Blas
First trip to Cape San Blas and it was wonderful. The beach and surrounding area are beautiful. We went to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and spent the day there twice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful, unspoiled, white beaches and clear, blue water. The condo was clean, beautifully well furnished and comfortable. We loved sitting on the large porch with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach over the boardwalk. One day, we watched 8-10 dolphins swim and play for over a hour, really close to the shore. The pool is very nice but it didn’t have enough chairs/lounge chairs and the overall condo complex could use a good outside cleaning. This was mentioned to the property management company to relay to the HOA. Some of the restaurants at Cape San Blas and in Port St. Joe that we liked: - Quatro Locos Tacos and Cantina - delicious! - PSJ Bar and Grill - LongBill’s - Brick Wall - best Shrimp & Grits that I’ve ever had - Coneheads - delicious hush puppies - The View on 98 ( also called The View at Port St. Joe. On Tuesdays, it’s Community Night where they have a fixed menu and fixed seating times. You get the salad bar, entree and dessert for $20pp. - A local told us about this place when we were at Scallop RePUBlic (bar) down the road about a mile from the condo. It’s a casual place where the locals go. They have lots of beer on tap and live music on certain nights.

Love this unit! Had everything we needed! Love the pool, hot tub and especially the beach! Love the fact this is a 12 unit property. There were some repairs being made to the building that required beeping machinery! Not normally an issue but it was annoying this trip!

Upon our arrival we immediately noticed the greenery between the condo and the beach. It was breathtaking. Nature and water gave a peaceful feeling. This condo is beautiful, well stocked and quiet. Large covered balcony is perfect for morning coffee.

Great place
Brittney was wonderful to work with. She promptly responded to any question or concerns that we had. The condo was beautiful and clean. The furniture and appliances were top notch. The pictures in the listing were totally accurate. We wish that we would have been able to park in the parking area under the condos. The rental of the beach gear provided by New Wave was an added plus! We really enjoyed our stay.

It was great we had to bay in our back door. And the pool and a hot tub in the front. One of the most cleanest condo we've stayed in.. Love having a storage unit to keep beach gear in keeps the sand out of the condo..Kitchen was stocked with everything you need.. Beautiful condo and surroundings. Property management was prompt to answer questions.

Quick get away
Our stay was lovely. Condo was super clean and comfy. I would suggest bringing some extra bath towels as they only give you 4 small bath towels total. Note a beach cooler w wheels is provided and and they also had a few beach chairs. Thank you for the credit voucher. we signed up for 4 bikes - 3 chairs and a cooler.

The condo is perfect. Location is ideal with endless views of the ocean. The beach is expansive and flat and amenable to long walks. The condo was so clean and had all the amenities that one could need or want. 4 adults stayed there and it was plenty spacious with a bathroom for each couple. Having laundry in the unit was great too. Allowed us to pack a bit lighter. Between Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas, there was everything we needed within 5-15 minutes from the condo. I’ll have to put in a plug for Bluewatwer Outriggers next to Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe. It had everything from water equipment to clothing and gifts. We could literally find anything there. I can’t praise enough the condo and New Wave Property Management group. The property management was 100% the best we’ve ever dealt with. They were quick to respond and so kind and courteous. We for sure plan to visit over and over in the future!

The unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked. It fit our family of four comfortably. It would be good to know there is a closet full of beach supplies to use (beach toys, umbrella, cart) so use vouchers for rental gear on other items. We would definitely return to this rental.

Hidden Gem in Cape San Blas
Condo is better than pictures. All the artwork and decorations were top notch. Kitchen stocked well to prepare meals. The main balcony was very nice. The side balcony was great too, especially one afternoon when the winds were strong. The condo was very welcoming and relaxing. All inquiries were answered very quickly. Enjoyed all the local businesses on the Cape. We also took day trips to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. Owners provided a large binder all of activities and menus. Would recommend and plan to return.

Fantastic condo
We loved our stay here. The condo is nicer than the pictures! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, great ocean views, nice pool and hot tub - everything you need for a relaxing vacation at the beach. Great hosts and great communication.
