Casa de lujo frente al lago con piscina cubierta y sala de juegos

Qué gran lugar para pasar tiempo con familiares, amigos o simplemente una escapada romántica para parejas. Estamos a menos de 10 millas al norte de Lexington y a solo 2 millas del pueblo de Port Sanilac. Esta lujosa casa del lago se encuentra directamente en la costa del lago Hurón y tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones maravillosas: impresionantes vistas, una gran sala de juegos, amplias salas de estar, una piscina subterránea privada (climatizada), juguetes para el lago ..... también mucho para enumerar!

Nuestra casa puede alojar hasta 20 personas, incluida la casa de huéspedes independiente. Tenemos dos terrazas grandes que dan al lago, una en el piso principal de la cocina y otra en el dormitorio principal y un gran patio de ladrillo con muebles de patio en el nivel inferior de la sala familiar y la sala de la piscina. Esta casa frente al lago de 5,000 pies cuadrados está decorada con colores cálidos y muebles seleccionados con buen gusto. La casa está completamente amueblada con muebles elegantes y ropa de cama y ropa de baño de calidad. La cocina cuenta con hermosas encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. ¡Cada detalle ha sido atendido!

En la casa principal tenemos cinco habitaciones, dos de las cuales son master suites en el piso principal y tres arriba. Tenemos 4 1/2 baños en la casa principal. También tenemos una biblioteca privada con un sofá cama que se puede usar como dormitorio si es necesario.

En el nivel inferior de la casa tenemos una sala familiar con chimenea, un televisor de 50 pulgadas y una cocina totalmente equipada. Adjunto a la sala familiar hay una increíble sala de billar con una piscina cubierta climatizada. Esta habitación también tiene un baño completo y un mini bar con lavabo.

Incluido en la propiedad es una casa de huéspedes privada con su propia vista impresionante del lago. Cuenta con una sala de estar, una cama king, chimenea, baño completo y un altillo con una cama matrimonial y una individual. (El acceso al desván incluye el uso de una escalera de madera móvil incorporada)

También hay una increíble sala de juegos de 1,000 pies cuadrados en la propiedad con una sala de estar con televisión, mesa de billar, futbolín, ping pong, hockey de aire y más.

Hay un gran patio para disfrutar junto al agua con una fogata en la playa, un gran lugar para calentarse en las noches más frescas o simplemente sentarse y relajarse, escuchando las olas. La casa del barco tiene kayaks, tablas de paddle y juegos de jardín.

Great house on Lake Huron
This house was perfect for our group of 15 - ages 1 1/2 - 72! We had everything we needed from comfortable bedrooms to a wonderful game room! The indoor pool was a great bonus, especially on our one and only rainy day. The kitchen is large and well-stocked - exactly what we needed for eating most of our meals at home. The guest house was great for our large group - another bonus of the property! Having the lake in our backyard was wonderful, and the boat house stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, life vests and water shoes was great. I highly recommend this lake house - we would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation
Wonderful vacation home. All ages (11-77) enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, game room, and indoor pool. Plenty of room for together times as well as quiet times alone. There were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans - there were even many pairs of water shoes to borrow for those who forgot theirs!!

Between the house, beach, kayaks, paddle boards, indoor pool, and game room, there’s so much to do. Home was clean. Owners were super responsive and it had everything we needed. Overall, had a great time. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a large group
The stay was perfect! The only thing I can suggest is a small step for the front door. It was a bit high for my elderly parents. And we did have someone trip on it when carrying in an armload. Otherwise the pool and game rooms were perfect and well appreciated as the weather was not as wonderful as we were hoping for.

Family Winter Get a Way
We had a great long weekend with our 5 kids, their spouses, 3 toddlers and 3 babies. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed the pool, game room and even took kayaks out on a warmish February day! Lol Hosts were great and answered questions via text very promptly. House is well stocked and clean. Internet was not strong even with the good system in place…although I did not check with hosts about it as we were trying to stay off devices!! Lol I would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!
We absolutely loved our stay! The amount of space we had was amazing. There was so much room for everyone to do what they wanted (nap, play music with out waking up the nappers 🙂) The house was totally stocked with everything you could want or need. The lake views from every where were my favorite part. We watched a pair of eagles every morning looking for their breakfast. Port Sanilac itself is adorable and there are two stores with in a few minute drive if you do need anything. We hope to visit again!

Amazing space for a group
Our group of 17 educators enjoyed the space and the many offerings of both the house and the community. The water provided freighter sightings, rock hunting and beautiful views and sounds. We gathered, laughed and played games in the game room. We went into town to shop and then enjoyed a festive night in Lexington with the tree lighting. We had plenty of sleeping options and truly enjoying making new memories together. Thanks for a opening up your lovely home to us.

After thanksgiving get Together
This property is unbelievable. We had all family from 2 to 80 years old. Beds were so comfortable. House was cozy. Game room was a huge hit. You really couldn’t ask for more amenities. The house was super clean. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked. I called and the owners sent maintenance person out. Unfortunately it did not remedy the problem. The little area that was the hot tub was definitely 85 degrees, but the swimming area was between 78 and 80. Heat shuts off in pool at 7 p.m. so swim early. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful weekend getaway
Such a beautiful property. Clean and spacious, so many things to do. The pool and game room were awesome. Check in was no problem and check out was easy. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. We never saw a neighbor or anyone while we were there. A truly terrific destination!

Room for everyone
This is a very unique property! I brought my 3 adult children and their families and we appreciated the space to spread out as well as come together and hang out, play games or swim. The game room was so fun, kids enjoyed it almost as much as the adults! Each night we could put the kids to bed and then play games and talk without worrying about waking anyone up. Although the weather didn’t allow us to really enjoy the water, we had a great time finding shells and skipping stones. We had a beautiful night that we were able to make a bonfire and had plenty of chair for everyone. Pool was fun, although it’s quite a bit cooler than the 84° mentioned, but the kids didn’t notice! Kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals. Only suggestion is to have the housekeepers pay more attention to dust and dirt in corners, under tables and chairs. Otherwise, we had a terrific time. Thank you!

Wonderful!
Ellen was very easy to work with, quick with responding to questions. The beach area is rocky (and slippery) - we took advantage of the water shoes that were provided (as well as the paddle boards, inner tubes, etc.) - and the pool. The stairs are a bit steep - but a baby gate was up and there are good hand rails. (We also used the two pack-n-plays that were provided.) Plenty of room for all of us. The game room was a big hit - pool, ping pong, shuffle board. Several of us rode the bikes into town (on the "busy" street for just a short stretch). The deck, patios, and the fire-pit down by the lake were also great gathering spots. There is a grocery store nearby and several restaurants - but with this wonderful house, we mostly stayed put!

Great women’s retreat!
Spent the weekend in this home for a women’s retreat with a group of 19 women. The location is absolutely beautiful! The home was great for our group. Great kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare meals on site. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. What a bonus!

Great Home and Bonus room
The house and extra building were great. Game room in garage was fanatics and all the kids love the various game tables. We had a group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The indoor pool was a big hit and a life saver because the beach and lake are so rocky, they are almost unusable. Also, the lower patio wasn't very clean, there was a lot of dirt on the patio and cigarette ashes all over the furniture and cushions.

Wonderful Time!
This is a “ compound “ that consists of a large and beautiful main house, nearby smaller “ cabin- like” guest house, and separate large building that has a game room. All very nice! We came for 5 nights for family reunion and there was toddler, preteen, teenager and rest 3os thru 70 year olds. Home accommodated everyone with plenty to do. Younger ones enjoyed game room and indoor pool. While others appreciated the peaceful setting on Lake Huron - sunning on back deck or beach, and evening fires in fire pit. We also did enjoy going into nearby city of Lexington to shop and sightsee. Lastly all loved finding a great restaurant close-by called The Stone Lodge and eating delicious fresh seafood- lake perch and walleye! Overall if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting near a pristine lake - this is the place!
