Hermosa casa de nueva construcción (octubre de 2017) ubicada a poca distancia de la playa. Las características de la casa personalizada cubierta parcialmente cubierta con asientos, techos altos, molduras de techo, iluminación empotrada, ventiladores de techo, hermosos pisos de madera y granito en todas partes. Incluye área de entretenimiento al aire libre masiva con 2 mesas de picnic, bar, parrilla de carbón, ducha al aire libre y baño, así como una estación de limpieza de pescado.

La casa de 4 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños duerme cómodamente 16 con un montón de espacio para su familia y amigos. La suite principal incluye una cama king size y una gran cabina de ducha con dos cabezales de ducha. Las otras tres habitaciones incluyen una habitación con dos juegos de literas integradas personalizadas con iluminación personal y estaciones de carga, una habitación con dos camas queen size y otra habitación con una cama de tamaño completo.

Great time!
First off the host Gerald is an amazing guy. He is so helpful with everything and quick to respond. The place is located in a great spot. The convenient store is literally right there for any thing you end up forgetting and we did a lot that weekend, but also a very short drive to the beach. Every room has a queen bed which is very nice. Very clean. We would stay again for sure.

Great location and set up for family
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, was well stocked, and the owner was very helpful. The golf cart is a must when staying in Port Boliver and so nice to drive back and forth to the beach. It was a short 3-5 min walk to the beach from the house. The house mattresses were comfortable! Would recommend this property!

Super Nice Beach House Rental
The home was beautiful and very clean. Check in process was super easy and if we had any questions the owners were quickly responsive. Rooms were huge with plenty of space and kitchen came full stocked. We would definitely stay again! 5 out of 5 stars!

Awesome three generation vacation at the beach!
The house was exactly what it appeared to be on line - there was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The kids loved the bunk room and everyone loved the master shower along with the convenience of the outside shower. It was beautifully furnished and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach each day and we can't wait to go back next year!

Crystal Beach was a great get away. Ferry ride was quick and easy. Location to the beach was great- house had all you would need — except Off- which we took. Only extra thing you might need to pack, would be mosquito repellent! We had a great time! The beach house was perfect!

The decor in this home is stunning!! It was roomy and comfortable! The property owner ( Gerald) was quick to respond to any question we had about the house, beach or the area! The home made our first time to Crystal Beach amazing !

We loved the house and the property manager was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Location was great! The golf cart is a must and so glad it was easy to rent from the property manager. We had three families stay with 3 children. Total was 9 people and the accommodations were perfect! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and Affordable Beach House
I cannot stress enough how smooth and comfortable our stay was with Mr. Hanson. It was our first time renting a beach house and it was amazing. This home has EVERYTHING you need for ur stay, except obviously personal items. If u are thinking of booking with him do not double think the golfcart, It was a BIG plus along with late checkout. Definitely Highly recommend him and his properties for rent! We will definitely be back!!!!
