The home was lovely, well equipped and perfect for multiple families. The view is beautiful, as well! Derek was very responsive and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed for three nights. The living space was spacious and well decorated. We really appreciated the outdoor area. It was very lush and the kids could expend their energy. This is completely a walkout basement so the host is living right above you. It is similar to apartment living where you can hear the activity from above. Would not have been a problem but it continued after 10 pm. The last night we were there, they cooked fish and our entire place smelled. The neighborhood was very nice...

“We had a wonderful stay here creating family memories with our daughters family. The home is like new and quite luxurious in our opinion with updated appliances and a cozy gas fireplace. It has a huge amount of comfortable living space that also captures some of the spectacular mountain views of the Salt Lake area and the owners furry friend farm animals. We we worried when first renting that our toddler grandsons would be to loud for the adjoining upper level home. It was the complete opposite....
