“The highfield was a lovely stay. Big, very clean room. A hairdryer almost as old as me however, and not much in the way of extra's. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc. But thats a very small minor on an overall lovely stay. Breakfast and the staff were amazing 👏 ”

“Check-in was easy. Excellent welcome and key system explained. Minor issues. 13amp sockets not easy to access, took a while to find the spare sockets, all were behind furniture! Only one bedside lamp. Not a major issue this time, as we only needed the room for sleeping. However, for a longer stay bedtime reading would have been an issue. Problem with the door handle being loose. It was reported and we were assured that it had been logged and would be dealt with. We will be staying again...
