Delightful Beach House
We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay at this beach front house. You can’t get any closer to the water! St Augustine is very close and there is so much to do there! Highly recommend this property!

Great oceanfront home!
Perfect get away for our family and dog at this beach house located directly on the ocean! Communication with the host was excellent. Everything is as pictured and the home was very clean upon arrival. The spacious deck was perfect to watch the sun rise. Would highly recommend this cozy beach home!

Can’t beat the location !!! Photos really did not indicate the condition of various items. Nice place but food was left under couch in living room! Needs updating in various rooms - downstairs bathroom - deck- railings

Mother’s Day weekend
It was a great weekend. Location was perfect, beach was fantastic. House was very clean, the only comments I would have, there are some very loose railings in the deck. Please check them out before future families rent the property. The flooring on the first floor is very uneven, not sure if they had water down there. I would definitely rent this property again.

Nice house right on the beach
You can't beat the location of this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is a bit on the small side and there isn't a kitchen table inside the house. It does need some updating, including the railing outside on the deck as it is very wobbly which is dangerous. The owners seem attentive as well.

Unbelievable spot!
Great vacation- clean and well updated interior. Unbeatable location and view. Perfect deck for morning coffee, evening drink or dinner. Quiet and relaxing stretch of beach!

Cozy spot on the beach
Great cozy spot in the beach. Got to see the sunrise every morning. We came for a quiet relaxing few days and this was perfect. Hosts are great. Responded immediately to our needs. The house itself needs a few minor updates but nothing that got in the way of our stay.

Staycation
I own a restaurant and live in Ponte Vedra Beach. It’s hard for me to get away from the restaurant for any length of time. In May of this year we were at the house for four nights and absolutely loved it. We came back in August for a full week and it was incredible and relaxing. For us it is the perfect beach house, Nothing fancy but absolutely has everything that you need. Not one time did we look for something in the kitchen that we needed or anywhere else in the house as far as accessories that we didn’t find. Perfectly equipped.My only regret is that I think there’s a minimum of three nights. If in the off-season I was able to rent it for one or two nights at a time I would come down very often for a brief break from work.

great quiet location
I liked the property especially the deck overlooking the ocean. I had a little trouble with the thermostat for the AC...it isn't a touch screen but adjustable on the side with touch. All is as described and would recommend.

Amazing laid back vacation house
The pictures do not give the location of the house justice. You are right on the beach and wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. The beach itself was super clean and quiet. The house was perfect for my family of 4 plus our small dog. I have already recommended this house to family members and am planning to come back.

Beautiful views right on the beach
The house is on the beach so it doesn’t get any better than that. Great views, easy access to the water. We had a annoyance with the blinds but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. Two of the three rooms are on the second floor. The room on the first floor has its own patio and access to the beach. The second floor patio has a big table where we sat for dinner, overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful trip.

The beach sells this property. Would not hesitate to stay here again. A little hiccup checking in but easily fixed. Quiet, clean. Great get away spot!

Nice location but pricey
Property is neat and tidy. The space is small but well proportion to get the maximum usage. There are few things that should be addressed especially at the price point including bathroom sink leak, ice maker not working and damage to back soffits (cosmetic). The personal vehicle in the driveway limits parking because A1A is definitely not a road you would want to back out on. Overall the property manager was great and responded quickly to all our needs. Vacation was great and we may stay again because we knoe exactly what to expect.
