“This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great.”

“Nice big pool with beautiful view, but not enough sun beds. Bar by the pool has limited drinks to select from and no snacks to buy. Our room had no mirror and no shelf in the bathroom. But overall ok.”

“2 noches en apartamento que cogimos por alergias de mi pareja y así poder disponer de cocina. No había utensilios: únicamente 2 tenedores pequeños 1 cuchara pequeña y 1 cuchillo de pescado. 1 sola sartén donde se pegaba todo y se levantaba el Teflon. Es como si tienes un coche pero no tiene ruedas, es decir, reservamos específicamente un apartamento para poder cocinar y no pudimos utilizar la cocina. “I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else.
