“La villa est bien située sur l'île mais en bord de route très passante. L'intérieur est vieillot mais l'extérieur est magnifique. Nous sommes restés 24h sans eau chaude (chauffe-eau en panne un dimanche, on comprend que ça ne puisse pas être réglé tout de suite) et 36h sans chasse d'eau (personnel devait venir la réparer mais il a fallu les rappeler plusieurs fois pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin, inadmissible!). Communication difficile, ne répondent pas toujours au numéro d'urgence censé être...

“We stayed at the villa for a week. The exterior was beautiful, lots of ground, the pool was nice and clean but smaller than it seemed on the website. Lots of outdoor space so for a group of us was great. The house inside was spacious and aircons in every room, what I was looking for. The only downside was the cutleries were worn off, washing machine, dishwasher and bathrooms need better maintenance. ”

“We stayed for 4 nights in June - the property is very characterful, and well located for Pollenca which is a lovely town - even if there are quite a few stairs to navigate if you're walking!The small garden and roof terrace are great and the air-conditioning worked well during our stayPilar, the host, was very easy to deal with, and the property was easy to find even if Pollenca is not the easiest town to drive around !! :) ”

“Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und finden es immer wieder schön - vor allem die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig die relative Ruhe. Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt.”

“Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!”
