“Great communication in lead up to stay and while we were there. Fantastic property with spacious rooms and lovely view. The kitchen had everything you needed and the shop a short stroll up road was great for our daily coffees and pastries. Awesome location on a great beach - walked about 1km to get boat to Coco beach and do snorkelling and whale trips so great location to join day activities. Would highly recommend. ”

“Our bungalow was charming and came with most things that we needed including in the kitchen. They have a washer which also came in handy. The hosts Regina and Alain are accommodating and welcoming, making you feel as if you are family. They will make suggestions for activities and Alain even took us to a snorkeling spot and another time to a garden. They are the kindest hosts we’ve ever had.”

“Arriving at Michel and Elisabeth's bungalow for our honeymoon was the absolute perfect way to truly unwind and start relaxing. “Nice 3 bedroom condo on the ocean. You can watch the surfers all day from your own porch. Friendly cats around to keep the critters at bay. Your own private pool. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine. One of the best beach is 10 min walk with exceptional snorkeling. ”

“Coco's place is at the north end of Bora Bora. It was essential to have a car to get around the island and this was included in the rental. The place had all you need: great views, full kitchen to make meals, laundry underneath, and had a double kayak. Adrian was super in communicating special tips on where to go. In particular, a 1 minute drive gets you to a Manta Ray cleaning station where my son and I saw 3 large rays at sunrise on the last day. ”

"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the views, the overwater bungalows, and the facilities are all stunning. However, I was disappointed with how differently we were treated for booking through Expedia. It was clear that the staff didn’t appreciate the reservation being made via a third party, and despite being a Gold Member with Expedia, I received almost no recognition or benefits. I had to ask multiple times to have my food and beverage credit honored, and they initially tried to charge me more in resort fees and taxes than what was outlined in my Expedia confirmation. I had to wait until the very last day to get the charges adjusted correctly before I could check out. For a luxury hotel, I expected a smoother and fairer experience, regardless of the booking platform."
