The range shut off for all 21 meals that we cooked. The bottom part of the oven never worked causing us to lose time cooking. The freezer stopped working. There was no hot water and my husband had to fix that as well so we could all shower. We notified the owner, and was told "not sure what to do I just started with a new property management company". My husband and I are in the business and we fixed the hot water. No light bulbs over dining room table. My 80 year old mother sat on a dining room chair and the leg was broken within the first 20 minutes of our stay. My sister-in-law sat down on the 2nd dining room chair and the entire top of the chair came off and she almost fell off. This is our 2nd time staying here and the house overall is beautiful but there is a lot of maintenance issues not being addressed and seeing prior reviews all of the same issues are still occurring. I reached out via text to the owner reporting all of these issues and we were avoided. It is not cheap to stay here and we should expect all appliances to work, and not cause frustrations and issues while staying here.
