“Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...”

“Good things: The apartment was great, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus, we used it regularly. The area is really nice and quiet as well, set back from the road so you don't have any traffic noise. And it's located really close to some great restaurants and nightlife. “If I could rate this 10 stars I would! Beautiful apartment with incredible views! Dee is an amazing host. She has thought of everything to make your stay the best ever. I’ve never had such a perfect stay at a vacation rental. We didn’t have a car so we took an Uber to the Oakland Ferry Station most days. “Clean, quiet, well-apportioned space. Be prepared to bring ALL of your own amenities including your own towels, soap/shampoo, flat sheet, hair dryer, coffee maker, cooking tools (there is no stove/oven, only a microwave), dishes/utensils (if need more than three sets of utensils, three plates and two mugs), paper towels, toilet paper (if need more than one roll).”

“I was so glad to find this cozy, well-appointed condo in such a great location. The unit is nicely updated, clean, and quiet, and is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Hosts Riza and Miguel are great at communicating and staying in touch to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again if I return to the area. ”

“ESTADÍA MUY CÓMODA Y CON TODO LO NECESARIO. El apto es muy bonito, iluminado y limpio. Las camas son bastante confortables, volvería definitivamente. La persona encargada es muy servicial y atiende rápidamente los requerimientos. Lo único fue un olor extraño en el tapete del ascensor del edificio (como a perro). El parqueadero es muy conveniente. Hay que tener en cuenta que se debe LLAMAR por celular a la persona encargada para saber el número del apto y recibir instrucciones de ingreso.”
