“Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara. ”

“Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!”

“The property is exactly as described. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. And easy access to downtown Montecito. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The owners were upstairs but have a separate driveway and entry to their home. We saw them twice during our one week stay (very briefly). Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a house I would consider staying at again. It’s not too far from downtown and the views are amazing. We had a couple little hiccups with entering the home and hot tub/pool but the property manager helped us resolve things quickly.”
