“The cottage was simply amazing! It had everything we needed for a great extended weekend. The place is immaculate and fully stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed a quiet evening by the fire pit and also took advantage of the shared pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend!”

“Perfect property for a restorative weekend. Distant church bells, gentle ocean breezes and bird sounds in the trees. What could be more calming and relaxing? This property is luxurious in every way. Like staying at a five star hotel at a fraction of the cost. We will definitely be back!”

“The property is exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, close to East Beach and amenities. Private back yard/patio with excellent sun exposure. Our host David was very responsible; helped us with an issue of our own making (thanks David!) This is a wonderful neighborhood of private, quiet family homes. Added bonus off-street parking too!”

“This little gem is tucked away in the middle of a working avocado orchard. The view of the rolling hills and Pacific Ocean is impeccable. We spent each night on the deck watching the sunset. Highly recommend and will return.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay of night Nights In This Charming Montecito Cottage the owner could not have been more helpful kind and professional. We love the location and especially love the Charming private garden. private yard.”

“This house has a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need for stay. We happened to stay during a heat wave and found that it took quite awhile for the PLUG- IN AC to cool place off. The owner also requested us to turn this off while we were not in the home, texting us about it during our stay to remind us. This was a little frustrating as we booked this home...

“Property was great, BUT, construction is going on across the street and it starts early, with the construction there is a metal plate on the roadway so each time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud thump/clank… of course this isn’t the property management’s fault, however, if your not interested in waking up 6:30ish Monday through Friday, I’d look elsewhere ”
