“We really loved everything about the house. The views were absolutely amazing and the pool was the largest of any house we have rented. Any questions we had were answered immediatly. One very pleasant surprise was a welcome dinner and breakfast by a private chef at the house, both meals were amazing. Be aware Playa Negra is not Tamarindo meaning it is pretty remote. We went there for that reason.... super chill. Just dont expect a long list of restaurant or shopping options nearby.”

“Casa Loca was perfect for our family. Our three adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren (ages 3 and 1) joined us for a fabulous week during the “rainy season” (we only had rain at night! ). “Agree with most of the previous reviews but would like to add a couple things we did. We had a family of ten 6 adults, 4 teenage kids. Working with Mary Diekers, the rental property manager, we employed a ten person van and driver to pick us up at the airport. Turns out he was also an excellent daily tour guide, setting up and driving us to zip line, ATV, horse back riding, and river cruise activities. “We loved our stay!! The location was perfect, we didn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle but wanted to be driving distance. The beaches were so great, the tide pools amazing, pool was perfect and we sat on the veranda facing the ocean every morning and every evening. The security guards were so smiley and nice!!
