“It is a great hotel with comfortable modern suites, very clean. Everything is very generous, it feels safe with parking and security staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner is very good, huge choice and good taste. But can get busy with queueing. It has a good pool and basically its own private beach with lounges and also towel service. Everyone is friendly. There is not much around, so you would need a car, but I believe there is also a public bus as well as a hotel shuttle.”

“Sehr schönes Hotel in einer unglaublich schönen Gegend. Alles sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr große Essens- und Getränkeauswahl. Pool sauber und großzügig. Durch den direkten Zugang zum Meer konnte man die immer entscheiden ob man Liegen am Pool oder Meer nutzt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in der Nebensaison reisen, absolute Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.”

However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. “A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. ”

“This is a great resort. High end resort with good service and food. Resort have a dedicated beach. We were a couple for a full week in start of July. This hotel was choosen due to their SoMe marketing (insta and more). Very nive architecture, placement and more. What is NOT covered ib their SoMe markting is that 99% of the customers are famlies with small kods. During our stay it was more like a kindergarten then a hotel.... Even if hotel is very nice, food if great, etc, we would not recomend...

“Excellent property. The resort is beautiful. Rooms are a great size. Great breakfast. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. ”

“The room being connected to the pool was quite nice. The room was cleaned well and daily. However, there was a sewer smell coming from the shower. This was nocticable whenever the shower hadn't been used for a couple hours. The solution offered was using a parfuming substance, which also didn't smell great.”

“I’d give this hotel 2/5 for a couple. We were over charged on day one and getting the money back took us reporting fraud to our credit card as Expedia wouldn’t release the money. We also were placed in room 213 which is a nice room but we were surrounded by kids screaming until midnight on the balcony and up at 7 to do the same. The building has no sound proofing or insulation so you can hear everything from rooms on all sides. We ended up asking to be moved which seemed to be a common...

“We really loved the Place! The Apartment is Great and is exactly like seen on the photos. We even got upgraded to a bigger apartment which is nice. The villa is set midst a beautiful garden with fresh fruit and herbs at your disposal and is very inviting to just hang out/have Tee and coffee there. ”

“The room was nice but the bathroom needed renovation. We had a problem with the bathroom door but the staff was very helpful and solved it fast. The shower didn't have all the glasses. ”
