“Our family of 4 stayed here as a last hurrah for summer vacation. Our kids are 8 and 12. The kids loved paddle boarding, fishing, swimming and wading in the shallow clear water on the sandy shoreline. My husband and I enjoyed the tranquility of the lake overall. “The home was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of amenities. From the utensils and spices in the kitchen to fishing poles and inflatables in the garage, 3 kayaks, canoe, paddle boats. It was pet friendly and our dog, like us humans, felt instantly at home there. We are already talking about going back to this location next summer. The access to and views of 2 different lakes was a lovely bonus. We fished, kayaked, had bonfires, watched beautiful sunsets, and made lasting memories.”

“If you're looking for over the top luxury this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for what the chain is meant to be this is the place. Great location, view, and everything you need for a cabin vacation on the lake. I have been coming to the chain my entire life and this house has the exact same feel as my family's old house(still on McCrossen). I would highly recommend staying here if your idea of a chain/lake vacation is 90% outdoors with easy access to the water. ”
