We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the waterfront lodge!
The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all of the necessities and more. The kitchen had all the basics including flour, sugar, salt, pepper and more. There was courtesy toilet paper, paper towels, etc., which was so nice bc we didn't have to run straight out to the store. They also provided toiletries like a razor, qtips, flossers and several other items. They had plenty of noodles and floats for the great pool. And there was an entire closet full of games, puzzles, crayons and more.
The deck areas were very nice and we loved the sun room; it has the most amazing views. And it was kept plenty cool with the air conditioner provided for that room. You will definitely want to pull the shades in the afternoon but once the sun is behind the trees you can open it and still get beautiful sunset views.
One thing to note: If you have anyone in your party that is disabled (like myself) it is likely you won't be able to get down to the lake as it is very steep and a good ways down. No real problem for healthy folks, but definitely too much for me. Once down there, they all said it was amazing! We talked about coming back with a pontoon boat bc you could easily access the lake and docks that way.
It is a beautiful property and home! Book it, you won't regret it!!
