We met family there for the Steelers game. The property was located in an area that made it very quick and easy to get to and go to the things we were interested in doing. Highly recommended

The fire pit didn’t work, grass was not mowed and the Bean bags for the outdoor games were falling apart. Outdoor Table also was shaky and felt like it was about to break.

We enjoyed a family weekend in Pittsburgh while staying at this property. The location on Mount Washington is good for enjoying the local street vibe and nearby tourist attractions like the Monongahela Incline.The interior of the house is well maintained and stocked with most needs. The layout is nice, with exceptional views toward downtown Pittsburgh. Street parking was not a problem during our stay.

We came to town for a baseball game and looked for a quiet neighborhood, rather than downtown. The house was conveniently located in a safe area with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. in walking distance and amazing views a short walk away. The place was clean and certainly had enough space and beds for 6 people, even though we were only 2. We did not cook but it looked like plenty of kitchen amenities to do that. All communication was professional and "by the book". Check-in was simple.

House & Location Did Not Disappoint

Our group, 6, two couples & two singles, mid 40s to early 60s, enjoyed our stay. Went to Pittsburgh to see a Pirates ball game. Definitely walkable to ballpark if you utilize the Monongahela Incline. Property is in decent neighborhood; good restaurants & bars, convenience & grocery stores, beer & liquor stores, shops, all within walking distance. We tried Couglin's, Gordo, The Summit, J&J's & DiFiore's Ice Cream, all good. Didn't get to use enticing backyard due to time constraints & rain. Arcade consists of one standalone video game located in 3rd FL ensuite bedroom. Parking isn't reserved/driveway/garage, it's find-your-own, on-the-street type, i.e. it may or may not be convenient to house. Two points of clarification for future guests. There were other minor things that could be improved which are beyond the scope of this review but I will share with VRBO host/owner. This is not an impressive 'knock-your-socks-off' type of a property but a decent, modest, recently remodeled, relatively comfortable & clean rowhome. Enjoy!

Character & Convenience

The host did a super job remodeling and upgrading this classic row house in the quiet, safe, & diverse Mount Washington neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms gave our family of 5 plenty of comfortable room. Just a 5 minute walk to the Duquesne Incline, 10 restaurants, and grocery store. This location was perfect to explore downtown Pittsburgh. We will return for our next visit!

Perfect wedding weekend stay!

This spacious home allowed my parents, myself and my husband, son and girlfriend and groom (who stayed the night before the wedding) to enjoy the weekend stress free! Great location close to all the different areas we were visiting during the weekend. Having so many nice bathrooms to get ready in was the icing on the cake! And, having multiple spacious, quiet and comfortable areas to sleep was a bonus! Pictures in listing were very accurate and we were amazed at all the items available in the kitchen - keurig was a crowd pleaser and while I brought pods from home just in case, there were a variety of keurig pods in the kitchen. Owners had great communication before, during and after the stay. Parking was free and on the street, with 3-4 cars at a time, everyone was able to park within in a block of the home. Sidewalk and walk to the door were cleared and salted with the winter weather which was much appreciated. Would definetely recommend and when back in the Pittsburgh area, will hopefully rent the space again.

Great area, walkable to everything

We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and close to everything. You can walk to restaurants and store. There is no bathroom on first floor, but one conveniently at the top of the stairs. That was the biggest flaw of the home. Great yard area, neighborhood is cute and quiet.
