Cracking place in Pismo
Pismo is cracking, lots to do and this place is perfect. Clean, simple process and plenty of room for our family of four.

We used this house for overflow family coming to CP graduation. 3 people stayed there and it was fine. Not the nicest place but close to beach if you’re looking for that. We couldn’t get the key lockbox to close so we left the key on the counter in the entry way of the unit. Thank you!

The over all stay was very good. The house was clean, and in a very good location to the beach. The only problem that we had was the upstairs tv we could not get to work. We followed all the directions but were not able to get the remote to work and there was not sound. The upstairs bathroom toilet paper holder needed the screws tightened. I came off the track that was in the wall. Thank you for letting us use your house it was very nice and will totally come back.

Excellent stay!
We loved this place. The kitchen was large and so was the bathroom. Easy quick 5 minute walk to the beach and I loved that there were designated parking spaces in a gated garage.

Horrible place
I’m surprised no one in the reviews states how the door knob has to be turned numerous times to open and close the door to the unit. The green carpet as one reviewer stated smelled. The view from the balcony was of a dirt plot next to someone’s backyard and buildings. I could go on. But the only positive thing was that it was within walking distance of the beach and local establishments.

This apartment could have been very nice, if it were not for the gross green shag carpet, with stains everywhere! The bedspreads even had stains on them. The bathroom and kitchen seemed to be updated and nice. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Decent place - don't buy that it sleeps 6 adults
Basic, well maintained and clean house. None of the other condos were occupied and the two gated parking spots is good. You can walk to restaurants and basic grocery store. No ocean views. My biggest issue is that the house claims that it sleeps 6. There are two queens and one small futon (if you can call it that). When I had queried the owner before, I was told there were 2 queens and 2 futons. They are counting the couch as the 2nd futon (because we didn't find anything else). Moreover, the one futon they have is too small for an adult male. We had 4 adult males in the party and despite my query before booking, one adult had to sleep on the couch (which is not even a sofa bed). Total misrepresentation. I see someone else has given similar comments.

SLO to Pismo extended stay
The property was as advertised - fantastic reverse floor plan with beautiful living space upstairs. I tend to rent for the kitchen and I was not disappointed. We appreciated the walkability to CA Fresh Market as well as downtown establishments, Pismo State Beach and the monarch grove. We loved the funky city/roof-too views and peaks at the Pacific beyond. Some things I would change - the primary mattress (super soft and kind of small), pots and pans are all Teflon, and no sheet pans for baking cookies or roasting vegetables.

Okay stay, clean but no ocean view
The check in process was easy, but once inside we were disappointed to find 1 less bed than advertised. If they consider a chaise lounge in the master bedroom a bed, it’s way too small. So my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Also, we went on the deck & couldn’t see the ocean.

Very comfortable, clean and great location
Our stay was short and focused on moving our son into the Cal Poly dorms. The unit was clean, comfortable and close the the beach. Very nice. We would stay here again.

Nice cono in Pismo Beach
Exactly as it is described. Great for a family of four or two couples. Easy walk to the beach, pier and into town. Front door was difficult to lock. Suggests you provide instructions for that. Thanks for the nice place to stay!

Great location!
This property was a great place for our family of 4 to stay. We walked to the beach and walked whenever we ordered takeout-the car stayed in the garage and we never had to deal with finding a parking space! We would consider staying here again if we return to Pismo.

Birthday trip
We stayed here for my 30th birthday. Location was great, you can easily walk everywhere. The key wasn’t in the right spot when we arrived and then the code to get in the door wouldn’t work but we were able to get through to the property manager and get in.

Furniture was poorly, uncomfortable, one chair is broken so we had to sit on the floor, upstairs tv
The house was clean the corners had dirt and old food , and of course my infant picked it up, the furniture is old and one chair doesn’t work so we had only 1 place to sit and the floor , the tv is old upstairs they should have a better tv upstairs instead of in the bedroom, it gets hot upstairs no AC and it does get warm not sure how you lock the front door it was a mystery , positive : clean neighborhood, inside was overall cleaned , the beds or comfortable, the bathrooms or clean .

Great location, awful uncomfortable furniture. Unable to find key upon arrival, 45 minutes on hold for property manager, finally informed by cleaning staff they were not aware of our arrival, asked to come back 1 hour later once unit was cleaned. Upstairs furniture extremely uncomfortable a mixture of cheap and old furniture unable for family of 4 to be together in same room, unsafe glass side table which we had to move for safety. Overall very disappointing stay!

Great place on economical price
