Estos hermosos condominios tres pisos están diseñados como los alquileres de vacaciones
para alojar cómodamente hasta 12 personas. Puede acomodar grupos grandes de hasta 36 personas si los 3 condominios se alquilan en el mismo complejo de 4 unidades.
Planta Baja: 1 garaje cerrado, dormitorio abierto con un baño, lavadora / secadora completa
Segundo piso: sala, chimenea, comedor, cocina y baño 1/2 Vivir.
Tercer piso: dos habitaciones con un baño completo.

Nuestro condominio de 392 Franklin tiene hermosos balcones con vista al mar en los pisos segundo y tercero.
Acceso a la playa conveniente justo en la calle y un hermoso y cómodo paseo hasta el centro de Pismo y el muelle.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the pristine cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the space. The condo is beautifully appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept soundly at night—especially with the soothing sound of crashing waves lulling us to sleep. My absolute favorite part was waking up in the morning, sipping coffee on the private balcony, and soaking in the breathtaking ocean views. It was pure bliss!What truly sets Kelly apart as a host is her exceptional care and responsiveness. After we returned home, I realized we had left behind some very important items, including my husband’s wallet. I called Kelly in a panic, and she was on top of it immediately. She went above and beyond, quickly locating our belongings and offering to ship everything back to us without hesitation. Her kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience.Kelly’s condo is a gem, and her hospitality is unmatched. Everything was great. Just make sure you are at the right unit because the map gives you the condo complex address instead of the actual unit address. Very clean, host was so kind and even brought us fresh corn! We had all we need there! And the beach access was great (be prepared for a lot of stairs though but that’s normal in Pismo.

Hidden Gem!

Our family had an event close by and we all wanted to stay in Pismo Beach together. I was lucky enough to find this little gem and work with the host to secure it for the days needed. The host was very responsive to my inquiries, and the place was just perfect for our family! Convenient location, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, we couldn't have picked a better place or host!

Very nice condo. Clean and well appointed. More than enough room for my family of 7. Wish there would have been some beach toys for the little ones, but they had fun just playing in the water.

Bachelorette Trip

This was a PERFECT location for easy beach access. It’s just a 10 min drive to Madonna inn and Edna valley wineries. A little 10 min walk to the start of Main Street Pismo area. Kelly was amazing and communicated so rapidly. She was very accommodating and the condo was clean. We will definitely be booking another stay at this location.

Amazing condo!!

This condo really exceeded my expectations. It actually looks better in person than the photos. The location is walking distance from the pier, so location is great. Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back.

Family beach trip

Great rental property. Close to the 101, but we didn’t hear any traffic while inside. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Cabinets were labeled for extra supplies. Contact with the property host was great. Kelly was very professional and responsive. We will return to this property in the future!

Great Location

Excellent location with easy access to beach. Parking for one regular car in garage and one car in the driveway. Slightly dated condo, steep stairs that can be hard to lug suitcases up and down. Excellent restaurants in town make up for missing kitchen equipment. Good for large groups

Summer Family Vacation!

We are really glad to have stayed at this place! Our family of 13 found the condo to have everything that we needed. The condo is super clean inside and out, the rooms have plenty of sleeping space, everyone liked the two balconies with a good view of the ocean. The location is great, just 1/2 block from the beach and we didn't have to cross a street to get there. The 101 Freeway is nearby the noise is minimal and no one had any trouble sleeping. It was truly a pleasure to work with Kelly, our property manager. Her VRBO listing is very accurate. She answered all my questions, kept us in the loop with all the info that we needed as the rental time drew near and is s super sweet person to deal with. We look forward to staying here again!

Pismo Beach with a View

Kelly's Pismo Beach condo was a wonderful location to spend our family Thanksgiving. There was easy access to the beach and the two ocean view patio sitting areas off one of the upstairs bedrooms and the common area were a big plus. The common space was nice for our family to gather and the beds were comfortable.
