It's just a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping while still being in a country setting. My only advice would be to bring blankets if you are staying in the cooler months. “If you have a draw hunt at the Neches Nature Preserve, this is a great place to stay at. Has all the amenities you need and close to all the units run by the forest Service. Host is great at staying on top of communication and helps with whatever you need. ”
