Golf Getaway
This house was the perfect place! Due to last minute issues with another property, we scrambled to find a place the day before we were to travel and found this gem. The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and Kim made the whole process so smooth. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay and play golf.

Very Nice Stay-Exactly as Advertised
Very nice and updated home. Perfect for the 3 of us for a 4 night golfing trip. Good location for all local Pinehurst golf courses and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Visit
Very impressed with the entire experience renting this property from Kim! She was very quick to respond to any questions, provided arrival information in a timely manner and property was clean, comfortable and better than expected. I would definitely rent this property again and would look to stay at this very convenient location only 1.5 miles from center of the village. This trip was for my niece’s wedding and being able to have a full house to stay in with all the amenities made getting ready and getting to the wedding much less stressful. Thank you for a great stay and highly recommend!!

Pinehurst Golf Trip
Place was clean, has one issue with the coffee pot and it was resolved within hours! Close to all the Pinehurst Golf courses. Near all the restaurants and The Village. Would definitely rent this home again!

Great stay and super communicative
I would definitely recommend High Cotton! We had a great week-long stay during the US Kids Golf Tournament at the end of July/beginning of August. The house is just as described - 3 beds, 2.5 baths with open concept - great for young families like us. Kim was very responsive over text and Roy even came over the night of check-in to help with the TV. The neighborhood was great and convenient to everything in Pinehurst/Southern Pines. Unfortunately, the power did go out during some bad storms on the last night of our stay. My only suggestion is to get a flashlight.

Family visit
This house is very clean. It has everything you need except Kleenex. From the photos we were expecting a home that was easier to manage for a person in a wheelchair. The driveway is very slopped so it was difficult to maneuver with the wheelchair. The bedrooms are very very small rooms, no room to put your suitcase in the one room and the bathroom in the master was way too small. The pictures make it look way bigger. It a nice house. If you are not handicapped you will love it. If you have mobility issues, don’t rent this house.

Mother’s Day Weekend
The home was perfect for me. Everything I needed was available. The house was clean and well appointed. I would stay again this coming summmer, if my three Yorkie dogs were allowed. The living room was very comfortable.

Cozy, comfort, home away from home
Wonderful place to stay, better than a hotel. Perfect if you want quiet, relaxing staycation or if you want a week of exploring. If you've got little ones sleeping in the twin beds, make sure to bring bed rails, beds are high but soft and comfy. The host is kind, prompt and helpful. Definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Wished we could have stayed longer. What a fun and relaxing stay in this beautifully renovated and newly furnished home. Firm mattresses, beautiful bathrooms, new couch with recliners. Great lighting both interior and exterior. 65" TV, electric fireplace with amazing lights. New patio & weber gas grill. Fast Wi-Fi. Great internet. Right near Pinehurst #6. Close to everything golf and horses. Thank you Kim!

House has pretty much been totally and tastefully re-modeled. Everything worked out well for myself and son-in-laws for a weekend golf trip. Owner was very responsive. Couldn’t have been better, with close proximity to many of the area’s great golf courses.
