The reason we chose this house/property was predominantly because of the size (how many people it could accommodate for sleeping). It did not disappoint! There were 7 adults and 7 children (ages 5 thru 14). We all comfortably slept, with room to spare. There was even a glamping tent set up in the yard, inside a screen porch...that was extra that didn't even use for sleeping.
We hosted a 50th wedding anniversary one day at this house; an extra 25-ish people showed up. Between the kitchen, living room and dining room...as well as the outside deck and gazebo with mosquito screen - there was plenty of room for all of us to mingle and visit.
The kitchen is equipped with pretty much every appliance, pot/pan, utensil that you might need to host a party or just for preparing family meals.
A HUGE bonus with this house is the included water toys (canoe, kayaks, floaties and pontoon). We spent most of our days on the pontoon either fishing or towing the kids around the lake on the tube. The kids absolutely loved it!
For the fishermen out there; we caught sun fish, blue gill and small northerns right off the dock. In addition we were able to catch a fairly nice sized bass out in the middle of the lake. With just a small hook and a worm, we kept the kids entertained for hours dropping the line in and reeling in sun fish/blue gills.
The owner (Jay) is very communicative...he is quick to respond to any and all questions/comments/inquiries that we had.
Tremendous property!!!
