Girls weekend in the woods
My friends and I really enjoyed the cabin. It was very convenient to natural bridge park and the gorge. It was a great weekend. We all agreed we would come back!

Back to the old days
Well we had a good time being together but we had a storm and we didn’t have no internet for 2 days and the cabin leaked in the master bedroom and beside the front door and a tree blocked the road and we had to walk to the cabin and we couldn’t contact the host because we didn’t have internet but we did see a maintenance man removing the tree and report the leak and the internet outage. We understand you have no control over the weather. Maybe we will try it again in the future

Perfect, private, and homey!
Came for a wedding and loved the location. The kids especially enjoyed the hammock and now I have to buy one so they’ll stop asking me to go back! The walls are quite thin but we made jokes about it and communicated to each other through the floor/ceiling. Beware if you have multiple couples but it didn’t bother us. Absolutely loved the fact that trash is so far from the house - the kids were afraid of bears and this helped explain to that they’d be fine. Cute walking trail too!

Perfect weekend getaway
Cabin location and layout was great! This place had all needed amenities and all equipment was on site for multiple methods of cookouts (gas/charcoal grill or open fire) as well as fully stocked kitchen. Window was open upon arrival which was likely a cleaning snafoo but allowed extra wasps and bugs in. All was great overall and would definitely stay again. Thanks to the host and staff!

Great spot!
Loved the cabin. Hot tub needed attention And the maintenance person came right away. The cabin is Nice and private. The property is beautiful and there is a hike down to a creek behind the house. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back!

Very remote
The driveway to the cabin was very rough and steep. Although it is partially paved, a section had washed out and made it hard to navigate even in an SUV. The cabin was as described and very remote and cozy! The only issue inside was the king bed comforter appeared to be covered in pet hair, as well as the pillows-we chose to not stay in that bed for this reason. Have the directions saved to your phone before arrival, the address is not found on GPS and requires written instructions on how to locate, because cell phone service is sparse. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again with small children, but would consider for an adults only trip.

Perfect winter getaway!
We loved everything about our stay!! The property was private but still close to everything. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for four adults, one infant, and two dogs. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Gorgeous cabin, but can't recommend due to awful smell
Gorgeous cabin set at the end of a mountain road in Red River Gorge. The surroundings are beautiful and very private. The road is partially paved, but very steep at one point, and with potholes that may be tough in some cars. Our minivan handled it, but an SUV or truck would be better. The cabin is close to a lot of activities. Gorge Underground is 4-5 minutes. Trails to the Natural bridge, access to the sky lift, and the state resort park are all within 8-10 minutes. Local restaurants are tasty. Try Miguel's Pizza! Interior of the cabin was broom clean. Some areas need a little deeper cleaning, but nothing out of the ordinary. With a king bed, two queens, a full, and twin, there's plenty of bed space for medium families. Outside, there's a hammock and fire pit in the backyard, which is directly adjacent the state park. The views are gorgeous! There's a lot to like at this property. Unfortunately, it was hard to really appreciate due to the smell. Something is very wrong under/around the hall bath, which is between the master bath and the kitchen. It smells TERRIBLE. Almost like a septic tank is backed up or not working properly. We kept the door closed, but the smell gets worse when the water is on and permeates the hall, kitchen, and master bath. Management said maintenance didn't notice a smell, but it's VERY strong. It was unresolved when we left. If management addresses the cause of the smell, I'd recommend. Right now I can't, and that's a shame.

We had the opportunity to get together with our 3 adult girls before they departed on new life journeys in different cities. The Roads End is a perfect place for families looking to have time away together. The house with the three beds in one room and a loft with another, not to mention the spacious master with a tub was perfect for us. It was fun to hear the girls have child like banter, and share night time “beauty” rituals. The dining area was perfect for dinner and family games. Kitchen well equipped. Backyard, wonderful fire pit good family reminiscing spot. Back porch with rocking chairs for coffee and AM talks with mom and dad. Very close to lots of trails for beautiful hiking! LOVED IT!

End of the Road Cabin is a Great Experience
This cabin was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, roomy, the wrap around porch was a great feature as was the small porch off the upper bedroom. We appreciated the ample quantity of high-quality pots and pans and silverware. I really liked that the knives were sharp. All the appliances that we used worked as they should. It was great to have a choice of 3 outdoor grills, two charcoal and one gas. The fire ring was the nicest one that any of us had used. The only suggestion I have is that you supply a cutting board--I made a temporary one out of planed boards that I found on the porch. It was a really quiet location, just the sounds of woodpeckers in the woods. My family all said this was a place to come back to in the future.

End of June stay
It's very beautiful back there! We brought our jeeps in and did some trails over in Hollerwood. Check in was easy and the cabin is very cute!!! The only thing that happened and it wasn't anyones fault was that when we got back to the gate in the front of the driveway the pad was hooked onto the gate differently than what I left it on. And was then locked with a different passcode. So we couldn't open the gate with using the code stay anymore. So we had no idea what it got changed too... It seemed like a very low sitting car had went back and drug a lot of moss/mud on the bottom of the car and was up at the cabin. But they must have realized they were at the wrong cabin?? Nothing else was touched, we didn't feel comfortable leaving our jeeps so far away from the cabin, so we did take the hinge out of the gate to get our jeeps back to the cabin.

Great guys trip.
We had a guys adventure four wheeling on the DBBB and it was a blast. Having this wonderful cabin to stay and relax was amazing. The outdoors experience it provides was perfect. Can't wait to stay again.
