I need of DEEP cleaning and replacing appliances.
The check-in procedure was easy. Friendly staff, organized unit information. When we got to the unit and opened the door there was a strong musty smell. And a stained bag full of individually wrapped linens for us to put on the beds. While making the beds it was apparent that deep cleaning had not been done in several years. Dust, hair, lint... was around the bed. I then looked at the furniture and it was caked with dust, dead skin cells, webs... I took pictures and sent to the managing office asking to be moved to another unit. My request was declined. There were 3 barstools of which 2 were broken. Outside furniture was cracked. After we made coffee in the coffee maker we found many roaches inside the coffee maker itself and craft. We then looked and they were in the toaster as well. I have photo's to provide. I cannot understand why a managing company would want to advertise this listing. I am waiting for a response from Bluewater Vacation Rentals. My recommendation is to use a different company!
