Fall break
We took the kids for fall break and had a great time! The kids had a great time with all of the games provided. They especially loved the basketball hoop! We enjoyed seeing deer (or Elk?) walk up to the property in the morning. The host is friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We had a great couple days of vacation in Pine. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the stove/oven was not working properly, but we made do and the hosts took immediate action to replace it. The house was well equipped with games/activities that our teens took full advantage of. We did have issues with the wi-fi at the house, and the carpet was pretty worn down (not like in the pictures). The porch and back deck were wonderful places to sit and relax. Overall, a nice get away. Check in/Check out was very simple.

A relaxing time!
Hubby and I were itching to get away for a few days. We love the cooler temps in the Pine/Payson area, comparable to Sedona without all the traffic. The cabin is large with beautiful high ceilings. We have a 21 and 23 year old so we always book a place that can accommodate them. They didn’t end up making this trip so it was just my husband and I and our dog. It was a delightful, relaxing stay. The house is well equipped with everything you need and lots to keep you entertained. We enjoyed shooting pool in the evening and sitting on the huge deck with coffee in the morning. Would love to come back when there’s snow!

Several times a year I rent houses and this owner was the best. She was very informative and easy to work with. She provided fire pits with extra propane tanks, an excess of firewood for the fire place. What a wonderful time out family had enjoying this property and time together.

Great cabin and awesome host!
Loved this place and the host was so super nice and proactive on everything! Excellent back yard for the pups, and deer or elk out every evening wondering the neighborhood. Great escape vacation place and feels like staying in the forest with those tall ponderosa pines! Great little shops to explore in the small town of Pine an added plus.

cozy Cabin
Cabin was very nice and cozy! Had everything we Needed. We were lucky enough to see Elk right in the front yard! The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had and let us check in early and check out later which made our trip extra fun. We also had lots of snow to play in.

Perfect for our adult group of 8
The location is easy to get to off the highway and convenient to town. It has lots of space inside and out. Driveway easily accommodated three trucks and a car. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group, two on main floor, one downstairs and one with en suite upstairs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was snow on the ground and lots of elk wandering the neighborhood and even in the backyard. We had a great time and would rent this cabin again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We enjoyed the woods and the quiet of this pretty community. The house was clean and had everything we needed and there was room for everyone. Loved the wood burning stove! We also really enjoyed the back yard and the games in the basement!! We want to come back and try this cabin in the summer.

Beautiful cabin
Cabin was perfect for our family of 6. Cabin is well stocked and had everything we needed. Gazebo and fit pit was a perfect place to enjoy the pines. Melissa was a dream host and made sure he had everything er needed. Highly recommend this cabin! Can't wait to come back

Family Wedding in Strawberry
This was a great home very cozy feeling, had everything we needed. Location was great easy to get to. Saw lots of elk which was really cool, as we see lots of deer in northern MN. Definitely would come back again.

Cozy, welcoming home!
The house was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you can think of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From sitting on the porch to hanging out by the fire pit in the backyard. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and two dogs. Had an elk jump the back fence and wonder the backyard eating apples from the tree…so exciting to see! We highly recommend the pizza at The Old County Inn…breadsticks were delicious! Plenty of wonderful shops plus the Lavender Farm and Honey Stand! It was a much needed getaway for us and we had a wonderful time. Will definitely try to come back again!

Quiet relaxation
From the front porch rocking chairs to the backyard fire pit, this home was a great place to rest , unwind and cool off in the pines. Loved the multiple visits from the neighborhood elk ! Had 2 small issues, and our host was there in three minutes to resolve them - outstanding!
