“We spent a week at this lovely spot overlooking the vineyard and the Virginia Mountains. It's utterly romantic and whimsical. There's fruit trees and bushes growing everywhere. We were given permission to pick the Blackberries, which were perfect. There's a pond with hilarious frogs we never saw but heard in the evening. Our dog got a kick out of that. “I came up for a "Dad's Weekend" with my VT kid. I first checked hotels and because it was the VT spring game and parents weekend, prices were outrageously high. I checked VRBO and this property came up. It was much more reasonably priced, had more space than I needed, and parking was convenient. The neighborhood isn't anything fancy, but I didn't go there to walk around Christiansburg, plus the 15min drive to VT is easy. All-in-all, much better than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there...

“The VRBO was amazing. It was close enough to town, but far enough out that you didn't hear the noise of the city. It was in a cute little neighborhood. The pictures are as advertised.
