Excellent Mountain Getaway
This house & host were wonderful. Everything was as advertised & the property was well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed rental home. Definitely would come back to this special house. The host was easy to communicate with and looked after our needs. Our family enjoyed this holiday & the home was a big part of our enjoyment. We had a challenging start We arrived an hour before check in time and host seemed put out by that. We had difficulty getting the lock pad to work since if you tap to light it in wrong place the code is invalid and it is too dark to see #s. Then we found that the hot tub in the listing was nonexistent (we have a printed copy of said listing even if now deleted) However the unit itself is super clean…the rooms are large and well furnished…all appliances we used ran perfectly. There are numerous nice touches like grocery bags, and dishwasher soap and shower supplies. The bed was most comfortable. The unit would benefit from an info sheet on the hvac and on tv operation We enjoyed our stay. It was ironic that the host expressed a hope we would checkout earlier to facilitate cleaning having been concerned with a minor earlier check in

Great home base
This is a great home base for exploring the natural scenery of the Pincher Creek area. We returned to stay here again for a photography conference and were pleased to see the space continues to be well maintained and very clean. Beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need.

Comfortable space for a small group.
This was a very nice space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, useful for a group of colleagues. It was as indicated in the description and provided a full kitchen with everything one would need! It provided private space in the rooms and a nice area to gathering. Covered parking was a nice addition!

What a great property!
This place is spotless! We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. It is in a very convenient location and we even saw deer both mornings on our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Sister Getaway
Five of us sisters from around the world stayed for a few days and loved it! Our place was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, was quiet and in a great location…,within walking distance of downtown, walking trails and great eats! Japhia was very gracious in allowing us a later checkout time and even supplied a parks pass which we could use for Waterton. We would all come back and next time stay longer.

We were very impressed by the space, how big it was, how it accommodated my large family and how clean everything was! The fact that they had extra pillows, sheets, blankets, etc was very nice. It was modern, it served our needs very well! Will most definitely book again!

The unit was clean and spacious as described on the VRBO website. The beds were comfortable and the house amenities were good, except for no water glasses other than mason jars. The house is located 30 minutes from the Waterton National Park entrance.

Summer 2023
Family joined us from overseas. We went to Waterton and Frank's Slide. The property was in the perfect location. The house was immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed coming back in the evenings to cook our meal, play games and sit on the deck with a fire.

We had the most amazing time staying in this beautiful accommodation - 3 large bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and large living space! A quick 30 minute drive to Waterton National Park makes this the perfect location for travellers!

Comfortable, updated home near Waterton
The property was comfortable and spacious and had all of the necessary amenities. The host answered questions in a timely manner. We especially liked the light up mirrors in the bathrooms and the red Adirondack chairs on the balcony and patio.

Spacious, light, clean, and airy rental
It more than met our expectations. The entrance pass to Waterton Lakes National Park was a surprise bonus. Instructions provided for entry and check out were clear. Only "problem" we had was trying to figure out how to work the TV in the living room. We wanted to watch either the evening CTV or CBC national news, but had no idea how to access either. But since all four of us are in our 80s, today's "smart" televisions pose a generational difficulty. Had our grandchildren been with us, they could have easily figured it out!

Family get away
This property was fantastic for our family get together. Very clean and the kitchen is very nicely stocked, the only thing might be a blender and a new fry pan. It honestly has lots. Lots of morning sun on front deck, to enjoy coffee while my husband watched the many vintage vehicle's that are obviously owned and enjoyed in the beautiful summer month's. We explored the area and throughly enjoyed ever minute. Thank you, would definitely stay again

Great house in scenic Pincher Creek
For anyone enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Pincher Creek area, this is a great home base. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was great to have a modern kitchen and multiple washrooms for our stay. The covered parking space was also convenient for loading the car while it was raining. Our only minor inconvenience was a chilly temperature one morning. The host was prompt in adjusting the temperature remotely, though it would have been nice to have some control over the thermostat ourselves. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and have already booked this location for our next visit. Big thanks to Japhia and her family for the hospitality and attention to detail that made our stay so comfortable.

This property spoiled us for the rest of our trip!
We stayed at this property as an alternative to the expensive and dated accommodations in Waterton. From the moment we started the process, we've had a 5-star experience. Japhia was prompt with communication and extremely helpful with questions about the area. When we arrived at the property, there was a minor issue with access, but Japhia responded immediately to my message and sorted us out in 2 minutes. This home is IMMACULATE, the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. It feels BRAND NEW and like you are the first guests to touch it. It is spacious and beautifully decorated, with the perfect layout for our group (my husband and I and our girlfriend.) The Epps had a lovely corner with a family photo and some info about them, so you felt as if you knew a bit about your hosts. And they've thought of everything. A bowl of fruit, maps, a park pass to borrow for your stay, a box of travel sized toiletries for honour system purchase if you have forgotten anything. The drive to Waterton from Pincher Creek ended up being something we looked forward to daily, because of the stunning geography! The canola fields in full bloom, green pastures, cobalt blue sky, fantastic mountains In the background, lots of wildlife spotting along the way. We were very sorry to say good-bye. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties, but this one far exceeded our expectations and any experience so far. I would recommend this property to ANY type of group. Thank you so much to these lovely hosts.

Wonderful stay
Rental is as pictured, very clean, modern and comfortable. Lots of space, great location just under 40 minutes from Waterton. Perfect place for families, great deck in the back.
