The property was very clean and I liked that there was a spice rack for cooking provided. Though it had a couple of cosmetic things, it's a super charming little chalet.

Home away from home
The property was very close to all the attractions & was very peaceful. Check in was great , property management was on top of everything, friendly and generous.( if we needed anything they had it immediately delivered to us & also provided our family with some snacks) The upstairs was very hot but management is taking care of the issue before next guests get there.I would highly recommend bringing or buying a fan for the upstairs. Managers are very sweet & we would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to come down for a peaceful vacation. Thanks again Abe & Kate for making our vacation great.

Great place for a family vacation!
The location was perfect for a family that spent a lot of time at nearby attractions. The room downstairs was great for playing games with the family or overall relaxing and spending time with each other.

Perfect Location
We stayed for 2 nights and this was a great location for our trip to Dollywood, only a 15 minute drive. Check in and out was easy. The place is really cute. There were 6 of us, 5 adults and a teenager. The basement bedroom has a living area, where we could all sit. Though this place sleeps 8, there’s not enough seating in one area for 8 people. Some negatives, the heat was good on the main floor, but it was too hot upstairs, and freezing downstairs. There is a box fan and space heater so we took advantage of those. Our 16-year-old daughter who only weighs about 120 lbs slept on the top bunk in the basement and it’s kinda shaky, which made her and her brother, who was sleeping on the bottom bunk, a little nervous. Overall we enjoyed the place.

Wedding trip
We had a nice stay. We were traveling to our daughter's wedding ceremony/reception in Gatlinburg. The only thing I would say is we had an 86 year with us and the front steps without a railing was a little tough. Plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the hot tub in the rain. Had all the items we needed.

Great location
Nice condo with a convenient location. Everything was as described. Would be nice to have more places to store your suitcases, bathroom items etc. A dresser would be nice. Also, not enough seating in outside balcony areas. Cleaning crew was waiting outside for us to leave an hour before check out. Overall it was a nice place.

Great place to stay
We stayed in the house for one week and really enjoyed it. The location is great and the house is clean. Our kids loved the game machine downstairs. The only thing, as mentioned by other reviewer, is that the house is not sound proof. However, our neighbors were very quite so we were not bothered by this at all. Will stay here again if we ever come back to pigeon forge.

Nice for family
It felt spacious and homey for not being that big. Having 3 seperate floors helps spread out the crazy a family of 5 with 3 kids 6 and under can bring. The lower floor is spacious and the arcade game kept the kids busy. All of the beds were large and every floor had a bedroom and bathroom.

Lovely stay, nice getaway.
Beautiful property. Not exactly perfect for watching the sunrise or looking at the mountains however the area and drive up is nice. The chalet is a great size for a family of 4-6. While mid level living/dining room is smaller, we still enjoyed it. Downstairs living room is wonderful. Bed/bathrooms are great and very spacious. Wonderful location to get into area cities and close to lots of fun things to do.

Overall a good experience with this listing. Abe & Kate are very accommodating and checked in with us often to make sure our stay was great. Location of the rental was awesome- just off of Wears Valley Rd. is a prime location for access to all things on the strip in Pigeon Forge. We came in for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken fields and loved this location.

Family Wedding long weekend
This unit was wonderful. Separate spaces for plenty of "ME" time when needed but common spaces sufficient for gathering. didn't get a chance to use the Hot Tub because of rain & cold but was AMAZING to have that available. Unit CLEAN and well organized and we had great access to the "main drag" without being out in the mix of it. Only about 3-4 blocks off the Parkway and convenient to everything!! We had a GREAT time and would definitely try to book this one again if we are going into this area. Owners were GREAT with "check in" and "follow up" messages during our stay.
