We did enjoy our stay at the house, love how accommodating the host provided to us. The deck was really nice but it was too cold when we stay so we couldn’t use it. Would loveeee to come back if we have a chance next time when it’s warmer! Thank you Sabrina!

Another fantastic stay
We have stayed at this property several times and it exceeds all expectations. Super clean, comfortable beds and a fantastic location. Close to the attractions yet located near the river in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Sabrina is wonderful! We have more trips booked already. I can’t say enough great things about this home.

Comfortable beds, great family room for watching movies, recliners built into each end of the couch, and a gas fireplace. Kitchen has a convenient coffee station with options for making a cup or whole pot of coffee.

Quiet and comfortable
this place was great right by the river. Close to the center of pigeon Forge, which was awesome and close to any grocery store. I brought stuff but didn’t even need it because everything was there. Definitely will stay again.

Everything As Described
Excellent location with easy access. Beds are comfortable, Kitchen is fully equipped, Plenty of towels and toiletries and everything was clean and well kept. The house had everything that we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Delightful Stay
Came into town with best friends of over 30 years for a weekend at Dollywood and this was the perfect place to stay. The house was near a walking trail and stream to skip rocks and wade in the water and a short drive to the parks. We cooked some of our own meals and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Communication with the owner was FANTASTIC and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend!

Quiet clean house near creek
Whenever this house is available, we close it. It is very clean, close to the strip in Pigeon Forge yet in a VERY quiet residential neighborhood by the creek. The beds are extremely comfortable, house is very clean and the host is wonderful to work with. There is a paved walkway by the creek and is very quiet and peaceful yet just a few minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. Definitely my favorite place to stay with family in the area.
