Christmas Shopping Weekend
The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is in a very convenient location. Especially enjoyed the gas logs at night while watching a little football. The property manager kept me informed of the details for checking in and out making it a smooth process. I will most definitely stay here again.

25th Anniversary trip
It was a wonderful experience. During our stay it rained a lot and we could not use the indoor pool/ hot tub as it was down for repairs. A/C worked great. It was clean and inviting. Chris was easy to deal with and responded to questions quickly. The condo was the ticket we needed for some rest and telaxation in the mountains. Thanks and GOD bless.

Great property local to many activities and restaurants
Offered great privacy but also local to so many restaurants, shops, and activities. All within a couple minutes walk or drive. Owner was very friendly and easy to get ahold of!

Pigeon Forge Excellence!!
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The back porch was our favorite! Since this condo is on the side of the building it offered an exceptional view out onto the Pigeon Forge strip, which was something we really enjoyed. Also, though we didn't get a chance to swim it was such a cherry on top to walk down and see that the access to the pool was just around the corner. Not to mention the place feeling very homey and spotless!! This is truly a gem of a place. My partner and I plan to rebook at this place in the future!

Stayed at the condo for 3 nights. Had a wonderful layout with everything needed for the stay. King bed was really comfortable with high quality linens. Really roomy has everything you need. Great host and great location. Highly recommend

Some things to be considered
The location of condo is perfect in terms of being faraway but close enough to all the fun things to do. The condo itself is nice. However, the little details matter to us. When you first walkin the condo smells like it has water that's been sitting for a while, stagnat mildew like air. Despite opening the patio door (which doesn’t have a screen) the air quality never got better. Another issue were the vertical blinds. In the bedroom, two panels were missing which let a lot of light in the room throughout the night which the sheer curtains couldn't filter out. Patio door couldn't be opened all the way because the vertical blinds are stuck in opposite position which makes them locked. Bathroom ceiling had spots of mold or mildew throughout. If these items are corrected it's an ace if not, I wouldn't stay there again

Great Location
This condo is in a great location. We were able to walk to Reagan's house of pancakes for breakfast as well as the Old Mill area. We were able to get around easily without messing too much with the crowds and busyness. Hot tub and pool were open and usable. The condo did have an odd smell, but was easily corrected with some candles. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay at one of their properties again.

Very nice and clean property. Excellent communication from host. Sleeps 4 but had 1 bed and sleeper couch. Could have used additional blankets that fit the couch bed and a pillow case. Couch bed really only suitable for 1 person. Great location and very quiet.

Perfect Getaway!
This condo was a perfect fit for a long weekend in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. It felt just like home! The property was very clean and offered many “extras” to make us feel welcome. The property manager checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer complete instructions to make check-in/out a breeze! We would definitely consider staying here our next time in the area.

Perfect location
Just off the strip in pigeon forge. Nice little corner condo. Just what we needed. We werent at the condo much as we did a lot of hiking in the smokeys. But the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The hot tub and pool are just downstairs. We did go down to the hot tub but it wasnt very hot so maybe something for the condo association to address but not a big deal for us!

Convenient location and amenities without breaking the bank
This condo was as described. It is on the third floor of a 5 story complex so be aware of stairs, but saw there is an elevator. It is on end, so no noisy neighbors to the left. The unit was very clean. It had plenty of linens and dishes. Even had a few toiletries and soaps to get you started. Loved the extra touches like the swan shaped towels on bed and the microwave popcorn left on counter in kitchen. Super convenient to all shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Has both indoor and outdoor pools which were nice when you are needing a break from crowds. Would stay again.
