would rent again
only two issues- ice maker didn't work and never could find the key/band for pool access though went without it. Outdoor pool was closed the first couple of days, I am guessing they cleaned it, it was green. Used indoor pool and enjoyed that. Enjoyed our stay.

Charming and quiet, yet close to everything!
Cozy Condo on the ground floor was very spacious and felt very secluded from all the parkway hustle and bustle. Beautiful grounds, comfortable and easily accessible. Very spacious with all the amenities of home. Easy booking, communication with the host, and check out. It's an enjoyable stay, highly recommended and worth a return visit.

Nice condo!
Condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and I had the best sleep. The ONLY problem was, the tv remote batteries were dead. Would stay there again.

Loved our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Loved the open floor plan and how big the rooms were. Pretty outdated but we didn’t mind that. The tv didn’t work at all so that was disappointing but other than that we really liked the room and being able to walk to the pool and playground!

The location was great. The bed was very uncomfortable because it did not have a box spring . So there was no support. Also the code for the door was so long that it was hard to get the door open before you had to start all over.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay. The condo could use a few things, mainly pot holders, Tupperware, tin foil or Siranwrap. Refrigerator was leaking water from door that didn’t shut correctly. Once maintenance was called, we figured the problem out. Maintenance came the next day and instead of cleaning up all the water, he left us to do it. He did fix the running toilet that was going off every two minutes. There were Cheetos under the couch and on a chair. Dishwasher was extremely loud. Furniture was old and worn.

Comfortable and clean
This condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. We did bring a cot for one of our kids to sleep on but she’s 11 and used to that. We had everything we needed. It was clean and safe. There was plenty of space for us all.

Wedding weekend
I made a quick trip to Pigeon Forge for a wedding, so I wasn't in the rental much at all. That said, it was as described in the listing. I was traveling alone but felt very safe. I noticed a few posted negative comments in thereviews before my arrival, but I didn't experience anything as they mentioned; the rental was clean, and had the essentials that I needed. It's a great location, to, if you don't want to get much food to keep at the rental... There are plenty of places to grab coffee or a quick bite.

Neutral stay. Wouldn’t stay again bc it’s Vacasa
Communication is important to me. I have stayed in over 10 vrbo properties, and it seems that any listing with Vacasa will not respond to any of your messages. Don’t recommend using their properties. I reached out to them in regards to something we found during our stay. I pulled something off a shelf and a plate fell on my head with white substance, a rolled up dollar bill and a snorting straw. I have small children, so to find illegal substances on this property is disgusting. 4 days later I have yet to hear anything. They obviously don’t clean throughly. WiFi never worked. That’s about it. My main complaint is they don’t bother to respond.

Cold and wet
Heater would not heat any higher than 68 degrees, fan ran all time blowing cold air across bed. Wife ended up with earache. Refrigerator had water leak had to dry kitchen floors to use every day. Toilets ran all time disturbing what little sleep we got. I want a refund.

Fantastic!
We absolutely loved the location because it was right off the main street of Pigeon Forge but far enough back that we didn't hear or see the road noise at all. The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

The process was very easy. The listing is accurate. The condo is very spacious. My wife loved the bathtub. It does need some more cooking utensils. We cooked several meals.

Richard"s retreat
The condo pictures are accurate in the advertisement of the property. When we arrived at the condo we noticed there were no wash cloths in either bathroom and only 1 hand towel in the half bath and one dishtowel in the kitchen. I called the number in the binder left on the table and the man who answered read off a list of what was supposed to be in the condo when we arrived. I said I am aware of this list but when it list towels, we assumed it meant hand towels and wash cloths as well. He said we were suppose to have one towel per guest. I told him we had two people and four bath towels. He said that's why they leave the tree washing pods so we can wash our towels during our stay. The problem wasn't washing the towels, but that we didn't have any wash cloths or hand towels to wash. We went down the street and purchased four wash clothes for our stay. I hope the next patrons were able to use the wash clothes we left behind. on day two of our stay we saw the condo's maintenance man and mentioned to him the lack of towels. He told us each guest should have two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths. He told me to call the number on the binder, I told him we did and the man told me what we had in the condo was correct so we went to the store and got what we needed. The condo floors were dirty when we arrived, the floors in the main part of the condo appeared cleaned but the full bath floors were dirty as evidenced by my new pair of white socks. After not having any luck with the person I called previously we just dealt with the dirty floors. There was no cell service with our phones in the unit. We have ATT and the internet was spotty at times. The condo needs some minor repairs; toilet paper holder in half bath was falling off the wall. Towel holder in full bath was replaced but the place the first towel holder was in has not been repainted and the wall has two different colors. I think the owner of the condo should sporadically drop in after a cleaning is done and check it out. to make sure it is cleaned correctly.

This was better than I had imagined. Excellent property, extremely clean.
I have never rented like this before and now not sure I'll ever rent another way! Everything was better than I had imagined even the location. In the middle of everywhere we wanted to go.
