"I’m not usually one to write reviews, but for the terrible stay I had it’s necessary. I travelled with my family and during the search for a room I booked a room where it was said “price for 3 adults”, however after making the payment they send a confirmation for 2 adults only, and despite what was said on the website they charge you extra for the third person. In their words you pay for 3 adults but the third adult has to pay extra for the bed? Staff not helpful whatsoever and didn’t accept responsibility for this fault. Overall staff very rude. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t good either. Dirty bathroom with stains on the bathtub and because of the design of the shower the floor gets extremely wet. From the faulty reservation issues, to the extremely rude staff and dirty rooms, I do not recommend this hotel at all."
