Nice, quiet stay
Peaceful, serene. Picked grapefruit from tree in yard for breakfast. Nicely decorated without clutter. I would stay here again. Jennifer provided privacy and great communication.

Home away from home!
This guest house was a home away from home! Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, full appliances were so nice with everything we needed. 2 of us could comfortably work from home. The house was spacious and accessible with a manual wheelchair. It was not an issue, but know the driveway is steep, with a little incline when parked at the top when transferring. We even enjoyed fresh grapes from the property.

The house was definitely as described and was perfect for us! Easy access to highways, golf, restaurants, shopping, hiking and other adventures! We enjoyed the grapefruits straight off the tree! We are looking forward to returning to Phoenix - and hopefully getting to stay here again!

Fantastic !
Was a wonderful vacation for us - view of the mountains out the kitchen window - quiet and private - fresh grapefruit from the tree every morning - just a joy to be there. Nice open floor plan and two roomy bedrooms. Just a short drive to the mountain hiking area, to the grocery store and other ethnic stores. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Absolutely Fabulous
Wonderful property in great location for access to hiking and restaurants. Excellent accommodations, well appointed kitchen and wonderful beds. Communication with Jennifer was excellent and she was very accommodating. One the very best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at! The laundry room was a real bonus. Thank you Jennifer; we hope to return in the future.

Relaxing place!
My husband and I stayed in this guest cottage while visiting Phoenix for a wedding. The owner did a great job on the renovations. The two bathrooms were so pretty, and I especially loved the rock wall in the dining area. The owner was communicative and easily reachable if needed. We appreciated the frame/screen containing the owner’s recommendations for restaurants, ice cream shops, hiking spots, etc. My only recommendation would be to add one or two luggage racks in each closet for people like us who live out of our suitcases while on vacation. It worked out fine with just the two of us, since we were able to leave our suitcases on the bed in the second bedroom. The bed was comfy, and we were able to sleep great there!

Quiet location and met our needs perfectly
Peaceful and very quiet. Owner very responsive to questions and provided useful information about area, especially nearby hiking information. Great location for traveling to baseball stadiums on both East and West sides. Very comfortable sleeping. Enjoyed hearing Jennifer's plans for her fruit trees!

The green-doored house in the green yard.
It is a beautiful comfortable house in a neat garden full of young and old fruit trees. We had a peaceful stay. We went on walks in the hills and neighborhood. We cooked pancakes and were happy.
