Family Celebration
The large home was very suitable for our group of eight visitors, plus local grandparents dropping in and out. The young folks had a grand time in the pool, yard, and nearby park. However, refrigerator & freezer lights didn't work, and the fridge froze our eggs. We also had trouble getting the oven to heat up. The upper bunk bed makes a lot of noise. The host was always quick to answer questions, and to take action to accommodate us. He was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable going out for walks, runs every day. House had ample room for seven of us plus space to entertain. Property management was more than accommodating. Intend to be a repeat customer during future family gatherings.

Surprise golf week
All in all, very good. A few issues, like every property has. Need more coffee cups. We had 5 guys and there were 5 cups. Had to hand wash cups every morning. The a/c in the downstairs master suite blows very hard and rattles the air vent. Very noisy, difficult to sleep. Maybe there is a way to adjust the a/c fan, but I was unable to find it ( I am not familiar with the Nest); also the smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. Very glad you had a ladder in the garage so I could remove the battery. By the way, you had no spare batteries. The garbage was full of palm fronds. Maybe the landscaper forgot to put out the cans once they were full. we made it work. No first aid kit, even though there is a cabinet/drawer labeled as having one. One guy cut his finger cutting a tomato, not a big deal, but would have been nice to have. Some of the guys said their ceiling fans were wobbly and noisy. All things listed were minor, but something a future guest may have issues with. We enjoyed our stay. I communicated with Wes. He was excellent!! Great at getting back to me if I had a question. Oh yeah, maybe have a binder handy with what you expect guests to do upon checkout. I had to text regarding linens, towels, thermostat, etc.

Perfect for multiple day stay in surprise
This house is so big and spacious, so clean, so well appointed, very comfortable beds, everything g you need. The pool water was too chilly for us at this time of year but the putting green was so much fun. It’s location is perfect for a stay in Surprise and for an early morning walk. I would stay here again for sure. Owners were wonderful to work with.

7 Adults. Perfect size. Comfortable and spacious. Nicely appointed. Excellent service from property manager. Putting green needs to be redone. Pretty but uneven and too rocky for actual use. Would have enjoyed since it’s winter. Pretty pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay! House is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super easy checkin and great communication with hosts. Love that basics like soaps and paper towels were already there. It was too hot for us to use the pretty putting green but the pool was wonderful.

Excellent house for a family gathering
After a long COVID absence we were able to bring our family together for a memorable reunion in this spacious and comfortable house. The home was even better than in the pictures, with plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is close to a variety of restaurants, stores, beautiful hiking hiking trails and other activities. Our visiting family members have asked to stay at Wes and Julie’s VRBO for our next gathering. Also, Julie and Wes were very responsive hosts……always quick to answer any questions we had. Amazing host property
The owners of this home are Top Notch! Their communication, their home, the amenities were wonderful. The house was very well stocked, we did not need to go buy anything but our food. They had condiments, spices, cookware, laundry detergent and so much more. Their communication was prompt, accommodating and wonderful. I would stay at this property over and over again, if in this area. The hosts and the house were wonderful and nice for groups of 4 or more. Can't say enough good things about them and this house. So happy!

Quick weekend trip
Booked this house for its proximity to the Rangers/Royals baseball fields. The house was even better than pictured. Very spacious and clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house had multi zone AC which allowed custom comfort for multiple individuals. The outdoor space was clean and nicely landscaped. The homeowner communicated quickly by phone and text, and was very accommodating and flexible with our questions and requests. Highly recommend this property.
