Nice property, but…
The house was great for our group as every couple had a king bed and private bathroom. But there were a few things bothered me -To check in I was asked to pay 103. When I asked the goodnight stay rep about it she said, it was in the listing.The listing says you’ll be charged 99 after booking for a damage waiver. I would have expected that this would have been included in the rental fees charged at the time of booking not while I was trying to check in.Also, I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that didn’t provide coffee/creamer/sugar. There was enough coffee in the package provided to make one pot. No cream, no sugar. There was 8 of us for 3 days. It forced us to have to go to the store right away.Lastly, only one towel per person was provided and they were motel 6 quality. Again there were 8 of us for three days. We did a load but only one laundry pod was provided.All very minor things but I had greater expectations for this caliber of property

Reunion House
Walking distance to town and the home was spacious. Excellent communication with property manager. The essentials like bathroom supplies were very limited. Towels were small and not enough for the group. There were plenty of pool towels. We were given 5 coffee filters for 2 coffee makers. A trip to the grocery store was needed for things usually found in a VRBO house. The two slice kitchen toaster didn't work. For a luxurious house, the amenities were disappointing.

Great stay at Sunny Daze in Old Town
Great stay at Sunny Daze in Old Town. The pics accurately highlight the house and surroundings. It was well appointed and we had a lot of fun with the pool table, ping pong and swimming pool. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Large Home
Spacious clean house, better than the photos. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of space for our group of 7. The kitchen has everything you need. Previous reviews said wine glasses were needed, it’s got those too. Backyard has plenty of seating options and was ready to enjoy - no need to wipe down tables or chairs. Beautiful space! Location is close to Downtown/Old Town, about a 15 min walk, just on the other side of the canal. Overall, a fantastic house that we enjoyed our stay at!

Fabulous
This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. We wanted a nice place with comfortable gathering spaces that would be walkable to a lot of things and this fit the bill perfectly! Everything was clean, instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely rent it again.

Awesome!
The house was spacious. The layout was perfect and I he pool was wonderful! We were close to all the action in old town. My only suggestions would be that we could have used more towels - both bath and pool. And I wish the pool was heated for no additional cost. But we would love to come back and would certainly stay here again! Awesome time.

Overall this house was great. It’s within 1/2- 3/4 of mile to old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square mall. They have an oversized refrigerator which was awesome. The island in the kitchen is huge. There is also a butlers pantry. The bedrooms were all good size. 4 of the 5 had their own bathrooms. The 5th bedroom had to share a bathroom since they only had a 1/2 bath. We were short towels from the beginning and had a plumbing issue but they were very quick to come fix and supply us with what we needed. The floors are in need of a deep clean. More pool rafts/noodles are needed and there are only 2 pool loungers. For a house this big they definitely need more. There are 2 tvs in the living area about 10 feet apart which is weird. They could use one on the patio.

Great location. Very clean. The staff had zero idea of where anything was in the property. Makes me think they have never visited the property. The kitchen needs all utensils. They had zero wine glasses. Zero basic cooking or baking needs. Could not find the pool light. The staff did not know. Overall a few hundred bucks from the owner would put this place in the 10s. I’d consider that

Very nice 6 bedroom property. Lacked a view commonly supplied items, like wine glasses. Wi-fi service was terrible. One of our group is an engineer and determined that they have too many devices for the amount of available bandwidth. Great location. We walked to everything except grocery store.

Great house!
This was a perfect house for a few couples to enjoy a trip in Scottsdale! Almost every room had their own private bathroom which was very nice! The common area was great for everyone to relax and hangout in. Very clean and nice!

Great Place with Minor Caveats
Overall, this is a great spot - nice pool, good location, ample space; however, this home is very clearly experiencing some wear and tear. There were several holes in walls, paint patches that don't match the original color, water damage on toe kicks in the kitchen and holes punctured in the floor. There were no conveniences you'd expect in a rental home - no cleaning agents, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc., and the internet was down for our first 16 hours (but fixed after a technician came - it would've been ideal if the host had him come during the cleaning of the home prior to our arrival vs. putting it on us to be home for him to fix it). The proximity to Old Town can't be beat.

Central location, comfortable home
The house was clean, the pool was perfect (we paid extra for heat) and, since our college age kids could not use the rental car, it was wonderful to be so close to Old Town and Fashion Square.
