She ain’t pretty she just looks that way!
House is great, horribly run. Pool pump was inexplicably turned off in the middle of the afternoon halfway through our stay. Would only run in the morning. This left the pool full of pigeon feathers and feces and unusable in the evenings. Called several times and no one showed up called back or followed up in any way. Ironically the “pool guy” showed up unannounced and walked into the backyard the day before the problems started and let us know his political opinions.

Spaciousness
The house is large with plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want or need for meals and the pool area is beautiful, although we did not use the pool. We did take advantage of the late checkout.

Great house/location….awful beds
First the good….the house itself was great. Plenty of room for our group and the pool and outdoor spaces were excellent. Location was a super short walk to a small neighborhood play area. The sheets were soft and the towels were plentiful and fluffy. Now the bad…..THE BEDS!! Every single adult in our group had sore backs and hips by the end of the week. I get that bed comfort is a personal thing so the first night just assumed it was me…but as week went on it became clear that across the board they were awful. We didn’t realize that we had to call ahead and tell them that we wanted pool heated. When we did call found out there was a $85/day charge, which I understand, but that information was not listed anywhere until we got the check in information the day of arrival. We lost a swimming day because of not knowing had to pre-arrange. That being said, the management was super responsive and by next morning pool was perfect temp. This houses location was fantastic, plenty of room for everyone to spread out but the beds would be a deal breaker for us to rent again.

Ample Room for Good Size Group
Our group of 8 adults stayed here for the baseball classic at Surprise Stadium. We had plenty of room for us all to congregate and visit. We cooked all meals on property. Although, the available kitchen utensils may not have been what we would have at home, it was certainly enough to make do. The outdoor area was nice, just as shown in the picture.

Great location--Broken AC
The AC--in the middle of the Arizona heatwave--was broken upon arrival. The temperature of the house was 88F when we checked in at 4PM, but we incorrectly assumed that the AC was trying to play catch up given the heat. We left shortly thereafter for a family event. When we returned the temperature was still high but it was too late to move accommodations given the young kids in our group. The following day, the AC repairman arrived but was unable to repair the unit to full working order and we vacated the premises. The property manager agreed to issue a full refund for the troubles but the refund was never issued.

Location, location, location
This house was awesome, super clean, lots of room and the location was perfect. The only problem I had with the stay was running out of toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. I had to run the the store to purchase these items. Oh, and it was difficult to get someone to email me back. I won’t get a response from vrbo or Vacasa.

Great property, disappointing service.
The property was great and matched the listing details. The outside space was awesome. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children. It was well appointed with linens, towels, cookware, dishes, etc. Neighbourhood was quiet and location was close to plenty of grocery stores, Costco, restaurants, etc. only a 20 minute walk to surprise stadium. Our biggest disappointment was regarding the Pool Heater and the lack of effort provided by Vacasa to rectify. We requested pool heat well in advance and was charged the heating fee prior to arrival. When we arrived the pool was cold and the heater was not running. We identified an error code on the heater which I communicated to the property manager. Over the next 4 days I was in contact with Vacasa awaiting someone to come and rectify. On the 4th day someone came and we were told parts were required and it likely wouldn’t be fixed, our payment was refunded but we were more interested in having the heater repaired. I was skeptical that the heater couldn’t be repaired as it appeared to be a simple temperature sensor needing replacement. On the 10th and final night of our stay the pool guy showed up and claimed he had just received the call out an hour prior. Within 10 minutes he had the heater repaired with what he explained was a very common part and readily available. This was very frustrating, if the request was addressed in the first day or so it would have significantly changed our vacation. We had four kids who spent more time looking at the pool rather than playing in it. This could have all been prevented with proper follow up from the property management group. I would certainly recommend this property, but would be very hesitant to rent another property managed by Vacasa. I did post a similar review on the Vacasa site but it appears they have opted not to post it…..VRBO please post this one.

Nice location but with some issues
The home was very clean and true to the photos on line. It has lots of space to accommodate multiple guests with TVs in several rooms. The garbage disposal was plugged up and not working upon arrival. The odor coming from the rotting food could not be ignored so we had to contact the property manager to have it fixed. The garage door would not go down which required another call to the manager. Two days later they were able to get a temporary solution for this. One day into our 8 day stay, the internet went out. With no internet, the smart TVs do not work. The internet provider they have did not fix this for 4 days. Neighboring properties all had internet/cable. I think this property needs to upgrade to a better provider because this was unacceptable. We could not do any work from our laptops and our teens could not watch any TV and with temperatures 110+, we needed to spend time indoors. The representatives of Vacasa are all very nice, but each time you call them, they have to create a ticket and then you wait hours for a call back and then hours to days for any solution. The property is within walking distance to the Surprise Stadium. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay!
Our 4 adult children and their spouses stayed with my husband and I for 7 days. The house was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again. The home was as advertised and we enjoyed how we could all be together comfortably, especially in and around the pool. Be sure to be prepared to take your own washing machine soap and dishwasher soap.

Nice home but no heated pool
Nice sized home. Clean and in a decent neighborhood. We arrived to a sign that said if you want the pool heated you must notify them 72 hours in advance. That’s hard to do considering that was the first time we received that information: Considering that was really the only reason we rented there it was a waster of money: Also large fee added on top of the quoted price. I have seen this elsewhere but theirs is substantial

Hiking trip
Nice place for 3 couples to share. Great location for driving to various hiking trails. Furniture is worn out - especially in the back yard. Maintenance/management company (Vacasa) responds to problems (pool wasn’t heated and dryer not working) but expect to make multiple calls and wait on hold.

We rented this house when we were in town for a family wedding. All indoor and outdoor spaces were as advertised and everything about managing the rental was very easy. It was a great stay!

Awesome Rental
We had an awesome time at this Vrbo rental. It was enough room to accommodate my family of 8. The pool was awesome and the little ones really enjoyed themselves. The location is so close to everything we hardly burned any gas getting around. The only draw back was that the electrical outlets did not work in any of the restrooms but I did not want to be a bother so I did not call for assistance so I am sure it was something easily fixed. For this rental you should bring your own soap and detergent but everything else was provided. Again I can't say enough how awesome this home was, roomy, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!
