Esta hermosa casa tiene un gran diseño para entretener a grupos más grandes. Al entrar por la puerta principal, se encuentra con un gran salón de planta, cocina y comedor de concepto abierto, ideal para relajarse y pasar tiempo de calidad con la familia y los amigos. El otro extremo de la casa contiene un enorme dormitorio principal con una cama king; Acceso al patio, increíbles amaneceres; Gran baño privado y amplio vestidor. Las 3 habitaciones de huéspedes restantes se encuentran en un corto pasillo. Todas las habitaciones de huéspedes tienen camas tamaño queen y una de las habitaciones tiene un televisor grande montado en la pared. El patio privado tiene una gran piscina climatizada, un paisaje maduro de Arizona y un jacuzzi / spa sobre el suelo. El patio cubierto tiene un área de comedor y cómodos muebles de mimbre para disfrutar del increíble clima. Calentadores de patio de propano y una hoguera al aire libre se suman al ambiente. La zona - Rio Verde Colinas es un barrio tranquilo con una gran cantidad de la cercana senderismo, ciclismo, paseos a caballo y rutas de todos los vehículos del terreno (Granite Mountain, Toms pulgar, Browns Ranch, el Bosque Nacional Tonto y McDowell Mountain). Great pool and patio area, spacious and comfortable interior, in desert ranch area
Well stocked home, Jenn-Aire appliances, comfortable couches and beds, beautiful mountain and desert views, clean and attractive pool and deck! It's a bit remote, ~30 minutes to 101 but provides stunning night sky and quiet surroundings and birds chirping.

Dessert mountain retreat
Being able to enjoy the stars and quiet beauty of the dessert. The great heated pool and juccuzi. Always enjoyed by kids and grandkids every day. We loved the help yourself policy. The first night we came in late and your not close to any retail .so looking in the cabinets and refrigerator for something to calm down. Hit the spot. Owner great always there to answer any questions.

PARADISE!
This was my second stay in this gorgeous home!! Very clean and well decorated. Cozy patio with propane towers to keep us warm on those chilly nights! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our grandchildren were comfortable in the provided playpen and highchair. Oh, and for upkeep on the home during the week, the vacuums and mop/buckets were so handy! And lastly, the hot tub and pool were so lovely, just a great beautiful vacation in this home! Thank you to the owners who were attentive and available!

This place is truly an oasis. House is beautifully furnished, stocked with all you will need, and the artwork is wonderful too. The yard and pool were beyond gorgeous. A perfect setting for relaxation desert style.

Amazing Stay outside of Scottsdale
This is a beautiful home with lots of space for everyone. The owner was extremely accommodating with our schedule and worked to get us into the home a day earlier than initially planned. The exterior of the property was well maintained and there were plenty of seating/lounging areas around the pool for us to enjoy the wonderful desert scenery.

Perfect Southwest Getaway
This house is greatZ. The exterior and interior is thoughtfully decorated with a fun Western motif. The patio feels like a decadent little oasis, which you can continue to enjoy thanks to the panoramic view from the great room. Plus, you are surrounded by nature; during our walks around the neighborhood, and while looking out those windows, we saw quail and rabbits every day. Also, a neighbor takes their donkey out for morning walks right by the house :). I did yoga at night on the rooftop patio. I highly recommend doing that. I was surrounded by stars, and on occasion I could see lighting closer to the mountains. Gorgeous!

Family Gathering
Our family fully enjoyed our time at Cactus Flats. The pool was terrific and the views were wonderful. We were there in one of the hottest weeks in June, so it was often much too hot to be outside in the middle of the day. We swam in the morning and then again in the evening and late into the night and avoided the hottest parts of the day.

Enjoyed family and the home was a very nice place for us to all meet. The main A/C was not working from day 1 so was miserable in the house and where my husband and i slept. 100 degrees outside and no A/C! Keurigg coffee machine was a nice addition, however, no pods as stated in welcome book. Fridge absolutely full of other peoples half used …..whatever. Not okay especially with COVID. I had to deal with that before i could use it for our things just purchased from grocery. Overall felt as though house had not been looked after in quite some time prior to our arrival. I did water the plants that i could save. The hanging baskets and some plants dead already.

Cactus Flats was way more space than our family of three needed, but we rented it because of the outdoor space. It did not disappoint! Our only regret was staying so far away from shops and restaurants. We ended up doing more driving than we would have liked.

Cactus Flats is Wonderful
We celebrated Thanksgiving at Cactus Flats and had a great time. The property is beautiful and the scenery is amazing. It is all better than advertised. Deb, the owner, responded to questions quickly and was very helpful. My whole family loved the place and would whole heartily recommend it!

Great Trip. love the house
We returned for a second year and were once again very happy. It is a very comfortable home and no need t leave the house. We spent our days in the pool and hot tub and evenings at the barbecue. Had some nice trail runs in the Sonoran Reserve, Granite Mountain and the Fraersfield Trailhead. Thanks again for another great trip. Andrew

Peaceful Elegant Retreat
Cactus Flats was 100% the perfect getaway we were looking for. For context, we were looking for a place with a pool in an inviting environment as all we wanted to do was relax by the pool and never really leave the house. This property gave us everything we were looking for. It is pretty remote; about 8 miles to the closest grocery store or restaurants, but we weren't looking for all that. The owners were very responsive and immediately addressed a minor issue we ran into; something that really could have waited until after we left, but they were right on it. I highly recommend his beautiful property and would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Vacation
Cactus Flats was the perfect vacation home for our family! The home was extremely clean and we felt very safe on our covid- cautious vacation. We enjoyed our coffee every morning looking at gorgeous Mountain View’s. We have three boys aged 7, 5, and 3. They swam everyday in the outdoor pool and took walks saying hello to the horses in the neighborhood. There was ample rooms and comfortable beds. There was even a pack and play for our youngest to sleep in. The full kitchen made cooking on vacation easy and enjoyable. The owners were very responsive to questions and we highly recommend their property for your next family vacation to Arizona!

This place is awesome. We all felt at home while here. Fully stocked and plenty of towels for pool and showering. The only thing is, it’s a little ways out of town. That would be the only negative I have, but some enjoy being away from all the hubub.

Great Flow, Near to Hiking
Utterly memorable. We stayed with our adult children as a late Christmas present to each other. We hiked, rode e-bikes and horses in the desert, and cooked with our Walmart pick up order. There is privacy and the opportunity to socialize in this property, which is just right on a vacation with 20 something kids. Well equipped and gives a feeling of Southwest luxury, which has a unique appeal to Minnesota folks. It was 25 below at home while we stayed, which only enhanced those evenings in the hot tub.

Fantastic Flats
The house was amazing, beautiful and very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view was spectacular and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house had everything that you would need. The owner, Ron, responded to questions we had immediately. I would recommend this house and would go back in a heartbeat.

Everything was wonderful
My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Catcus flats. The house was warm and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the cool weather of early January. The views were spectacular. It's a little off the beaten track but we really liked being a little farther away from all of the hustle and bustle. It was quicker for us to get to the hiking trail heads that we like! From check in to check out, our hosts couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Instructions were easy to follow and everything worked as written. We had something come up mid trip and we had to stay longer. Ron and Debbie went out of their way to work with us to extend our stay so we didn't have to find alternative housing. Very easy to work with and very responsive when I contacted them. I whole heartedly recommend their place.
