The stay was great!! The home was beautiful with outstandiing views. The microwave did not work and the AC in the basment did not as well. Downstairs was extremely hot.

Great stay with minor hiccups
The home was great. Easy access and convienent. Few minor things to note: 1. the floating swan is not on site. I assume it's owned by the management (GoodNight Stay) company for pictures 2. Toiletries are limited. e.g. no additional toilet paper or paper towels. We had to bring our own kitchen towels and shampoo/soaps. 3. the lower floor AC lost power. GNS was good about communicating, but did not send an electrician to resolve the issue. thankfully the upper floor AC worked so we were able to stay cool. despite the above, our stay was pleasant. I would recommend and stay again... hope both AC's work next time.

Good location yet not fully depicted correctly
Property was easy to check in and had ease with finding. Overall clean place. Very limited on towels especially for the size of home and for a family staying for a week. Was not made aware the main window in living room was not functioning. Could not view out. Created for obstruction to main view. Was only able to utilize one door to get on upper main patio. Originally showed access from three areas. Living room, bedroom, kitchen. The owner was aware of this and had not planned on repairing before our visit. This should have been notified or removed prior. Once requested was arranged, just felt this should have been handled prior to our arrival. Pool not heated and no option given to have although it has. Is ice cold and more for looks only. Unfortunate for families with kids. No lighting in evening to use the bag game. This also creates for trouble waking to hot tub at night. Neighbor ended up turning on patio lights so helped us see! States surround sound for entertaining and movie or sports watching. This is False🙁 Huge sports fans and very disappointed. This and the other reasons would be why we would not return. Is a beautiful home and location. Just not for us and not 100% accurate to the listing.

Weekend Away
Beautiful home with stunning sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed the hot tub and the listing was accurate to the experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home in the Hills!
It was perfect for our group of 4 families! We each had our own section of the house and could come together to gather & enjoy. Kitchen was great & stocked. Hot tub was a nice addition. Pool would have been enjoyed had the heater worked…. That was the only downfall. Overall, great trip! Thank you !

Perfect for us.
It was perfect for our family gathering. The boys enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. I think the management company should upgrade the soap. The tiny bar soap for the bathrooms did not lather at all and we could have used 3 times the amount of dish soap in the kitchen.

Fun House with Lots to Do
We had a range of ages from teens to early twenties to us parents in our group. This house had something for everyone. The younger crew loved the hot tub. Lots of room for everyone to have a bed to sleep in. The sliding doors have switched shutters so all the kids staying on the lower level loved sleeping in the extra dark rooms. Everyone enjoyed the game room downstairs. We weren’t sure if there was a BBQ grill because we didn’t see it listed on the rental agreement but there is a gas grill. There are garage door openers but didn’t see them until we were packing up to leave. The gas fireplace was an added bonus since it was pretty cold at night. Our only complaint was that the kitchen cabinets are outdated and very hard to open but that is so minor compared to how fun it was! I think the highlight was the welcome sign - all of us had a great time making funny sayings with the letters every time we went down the stairs.

Fun Family Celebration
We rented the property to celebrate early Xmas with out of town family. The property is as shown online-nice family spaces and bedrooms appointed as described. The house has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains to the east. Everyone had their room and bathrooms. Kids enjoyed the downstairs media room and even jumped in the cold pool and of course followed it up in the hot tub! Not enough chairs to sit outside if you have a big group. The kitchen worked for us and it had most everything we needed. Pans are in need of replacement and oven needs to be clean. Cabinets and counter tops could use some updating but everything was functional. Need to replace drip coffee maker with Keurig so everyone can bring their pods. We had a great time making memories!

Couples Golf Trip
The house is comfortable for 4 couples and convenient to many golf courses. The management company responded to my questions in a timely manner but did not really fix the issues. It was cold coming in from golf and already dark - we would have loved to have a fire in the fireplace in the living room but it was out of propane and never filled during our 4 night stay - what a bummer. There are no directions in the house on how to use anything which would have been helpful. We had to keep pushing buttons on the spa to guess how to use it - not the best for us or the spa. They only give you one key which just wasn't convenient to have to keep putting it in the lock box every time we left but not that big of a deal.

Boys golf trip
Excellent property. Lots of space. Responsive management. A few things that need improvement. We’ve never been to a VRBO with so few cutlery items. Nothing but the most basic items. Not even a measuring cup, kitchen towels, pot selection (main pot had Teflon flaking), very old coffee maker etc. And NO basic cable! If you expect to see any news or sports, you have to bring your own streaming services.

Beautiful Property...Great Communication
We loved the property, the rooms were all comfortable and plenty of space. The kitchen has just the basics. The pool, grill and outdoor area were perfect for grilling and spending good family time. Hosts were very communicative.

Booked for my husband’s birthday trip and we couldn’t have been happier! Beautiful home and location was in a good spot for us - we got everywhere we were going within 30 mins or less. View from the balcony is GORGEOUS!! Beds 10/10! Totally recommend and we would book again if coming back to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

Great house, amazing views, lacking amenities
The house itself was great and in a quiet neighborhood that was fairly close to trails and downtown Scottsdale. The views from the back porch were awesome - very peaceful and sitting on the porch was our favorite part of the trip. The hot tub worked great. Tons of space in this house with a lot of bedrooms. We gave this three stars for a few reasons: 1. The kitchen is absolutely massive, with tons of storage, yet the amenities were really lacking. There were no basic food supplies that you would expect (cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.), along with other things that were obviously missing (sufficient kitchen towels, variety of pots and pans for large meals, etc.) The result of this was us having to buy a lot of this ourselves, most of which will go to waste after we check out. As this is a new rental, I plan to send this list to the owner to better stock it in the future. 2. Nowhere in the description did it mention that the pool is unheated. I understand that people may not want to heat their pool, but for a vacation rental in Arizona, which most people will rent in the fall / spring, it seems like this should be much more obvious in the listing. The pool was probably in the lower 60s and therefore not pleasant to be in, despite the sunny weather. 3. The main fridge in the kitchen did not function for our entire trip. The property managers were very responsive about this and brought over coolers for the first night, and then a backup fridge for the remainder of the trip. However, the backup fridge also failed, so it was really inconvenient. I understand "things happen" and felt that the rental company did make an effort here. They promised us a reimbursement for our inconvenience, but did not reach out to us about it yet and so it will be on us to figure it out. Overall I would recommend this property, but the owner / manager need to make a few improvements.

desert oasis
6 bedroom home with a mountain view. beautiful neigborrhood in fountain hills AZ. Hiking trail minutes from the home at Adero Canyon trailhead. Completely relax and enjoy the desert landscape.
